**cleanliness of pool from Oct-April is not part of our 5 star guarantee and should be refrained from reviews/refunds although our team will do their best to keep it in acceptable condition for the season. Only value of heat fee will be refunded if the heater becomes non functional. Pool heat is $75/day gas charge.

Quiet time: Prohibits any outside noise that is audible at the property line of the Premises
occurring between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and between 11:00
p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekend nights (Friday and Saturday);
Quiet time: Prohibits any outside noise that is audible at the property line of the Premises
occurring between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weeknights (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), and between 11:00
p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekend nights (Friday and Saturday)
Parking- 3 allowed in the driveway, and one additional on street parking in front of house. Not parking in the yard without approval. One additional off street parking in garage but would require game room to be shuffled, games required to be placed in original locations prior to checkout if garage us used for parking.
Guests shall not encroach on neighboring properties
By confirming your reservation you have read and agreed to the following hot tub and next of kin, (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor,” “I” or “me”, which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardian if Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and
I HEREBY release and forever discharge Tyler Gruskiewicz, (hereinafter “The Host”) his affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a result, direct or indirect, of my participation in the Activity.
I HEREBY acknowledge that upon entering the hot tub area, I will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect such area. My continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that I have inspected this area and find and accept such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of the Activity. I further agree and warrant that if, at any time, I feel or think anything to be unsafe, I and all guests will immediately leave the area and advise The Host.
You alone are responsible for your safety and well-being. Guest acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the amentities. Guest voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death, which may arise from the use of the amentities.
