The Grand Homeaway combines leisure and luxury, comfort and class, to form the perfect condo for any family, friend group, bandmates, or business partners looking for a place to stay in Music City. Located in the burgeoning Pie Town neighborhood of downtown Nashville, the Grand Homeaway sets you in the center of the action while also offering a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city below. Alongside the many amenities of the Hyve building, this unit features spacious seating, an electric fireplace, multiple king-size beds, and an assortment of card games to play.
Earthy shades of green and auburn mark the Grand Homeaway’s distinct combination of Scandi and urban chic, with a clean and classy atmosphere that will never feel cramped. Between three bedrooms and the living room’s comfortable sleeper sofa, up to 8 guests can make this condo feel like a home away from home, no matter the occasion that brings you to town. And in between your excursions to Broadway, the Gulch, or other walkable downtown locales, there’s no better place to savor a morning coffee or an evening cocktail than from the condo’s private balcony.

★ Living Room: Sleeper sofa with full-size pull-out mattress. *For optimal comfort, a mattress topper can be located in the closet located in the entrance. Extra linens can be found in the bedroom closets.*
This southwest-facing unit is located on the 5th floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At the Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy the Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments. Whether you leave or stay, the Hyve has everything you need for an unforgettable trip to Music City.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Monday. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Tuesday and Wednesday, however, our neighbor Tennessee Brew Work can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10AM for guests who need storage on these days.
🅿️ The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level, with EV charging. Free street parking is also available. Hyve guests receive a 50% discount in this public garage.
🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before your stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.
👮♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.
🏊🏼 A seasonal pool is open May through October, every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.

- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property

Overall this is an excellent place to stay. It’s within walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, and shopping. There are locks that require codes at the lobby, elevators, parking garage, and room to provide great security. The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely. My only complaint is that there is a train that runs directly be hind the building that can be a little bothersome at night, but all in all I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great except the Train that was out side of the complex for over 50hrs of our stay running all day and night for 3 days.

Property was beautiful, plenty of space for five adults and a baby. Everything you would need. A beautiful, outdoor balcony, very large, unfortunately we were not there enough to use it. It is 1 mile walkable to Broadway if you can walk a mile with very slight incline. The property is situated right next to a freight rail line, earplugs are provided by the host.
