Well-appointed and very comfortable condo in the heart of Gatlinburg! We’re a family of 5 with three boys, ages 13, 11, and almost-9 and we all had a wonderful time! Easy walking distance to town and attractions. The condo was immaculate with comfy beds, a full kitchen, a jetted tub, smart TVs, and is adorably decorated with bears, which became our favorite daily sighting (don’t worry, they’re not looking for trouble, just snacks, but DO NOT FEED THE BEARS). We were a close drive to the National Park and Roaring Fork and the owners put together a notebook with favorite activities, restaurants, etc. that helped guide some of our choices when we didn’t know where we wanted to visit next. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were communicative and checked on us to make sure we had everything we need. Would definitely recommend and the kids are already asking when we can revisit! 😊

Usually the photos advertised are better than the accommodations in reality, but not this time, this place delivered! Great location, right in the heart of Gatlinburg, nicely furnished condo, with mountain charm. We would definitely recommend to others and hope to have the ability to stay here again in the future! The condo is perfect for small families looking to explore Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains. The condo itself is beautifully furnished, and very kid friendly. The kitchen had all the necessary items, the bedrooms were very spacious, and the living room was very communal and accommodative to our family. Parking was very easy, and we used the pool a few times, which was a short walk downstairs. The location itself was perfect, as we were able to visit all the stores and attractions that we had pinned prior to arriving. Checking in was a breeze, and the hosts also followed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great stay in Gatlinburg.

Luxurious & comfortable condo with easy access to Gatlinburg strip & restaurants. My sister & I treated our 80 year old parents to a serene trip to the mountains. This condo was the perfect location with all ammenities. My parents had no issue walking around thanks to the service elevator from the condo to street level to the strip. We really enjoyed Howard's restaurant & rainbow trout. Highly recommend this condo!

Only good things to say about this rental! Great location within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and shops! Well decorated, very comfortable and clean, and spacious for our family of four. Would definitely rent again if we go back to Gatlinburg!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Unit is exactly as described, pristine clean and thoughtfully decorated. One of the best vacation rentals, and we have done many. Great hosts!
- Air purifier in unit helps if you have allergies.
- Two balconies with clean comfortable furniture overlook mountains.
- Plentiful parking and elevator in building, as well as luggage carts. Make move in/out days simple.
- There is an elevator that takes you down to street level so you don’t need to walk up the big hill. It’s behind the pool area, follow the metal railing between the two buildings.
- Digital thermostat you can control as well as ceiling fans to keep you comfy.
- Pool and hot tub open in warmer months, on the small side.
- Best part - Easy walk to all Gatlinburg attractions, restaurants, shops. I mean tons! Truly one of the best locations!
- For dining options, Howard’s, Calhoun’s, Cherokee Grill and Brewery are all right next door a 5 min walk. We tried all except the Brewery and food is excellent! Howard’s was a favorite and in warmer weather they have outdoor dining overlooking the babbling creek. Many other options all walkable. Including Jason Aldean’s which has entertainment.
- Anakeesta and Tuckaleechee Caverns are a must see!
- Almost everywhere in town offers a military discount so just ask. The biggest savings was for Dolllywood, buy tickets through ID.me.

Wow! This condo was exactly as pictured! Cleanliness was to perfection. Comfort and Convenience went beyond expectations. Our teenager and his buddy that stayed in an adjacent condo loved the freedom of walking the strip and we lived that we did not have to worry about them driving while we were there! The condo is close to the strip, BUT you do not get the noise from the strip. The location was ideal for dining (The Peddler, Park Grill and Howard's Sunday Brunch!) options and as well as driving options as it is close to the park entrance for access to both it and the bypass if you want to travel to Pigeon Forge to avoid the strip traffic. My boys enjoyed fishing the river (especially by youngest whom got to enjoy the new 12 and under fishing spot and the front of the strip). We will be back!

The property was awesome! It is in a wonderful location. Walking to town took no time. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It fit my family of 5 perfectly. The communication with the host was great as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Functional unit for 2 teenagers and parents. Having 2 bathrooms was a blessing. They each had their own bed, so they didn't mind sharing a room. Unit was decorated for Christmas with a tree and lighted pine garland around the fireplace. Really made our visit special! Loved all the bear-themed decor, super homey and cozy! Having the gas fireplace was an added bonus. Master bedroom and bathroom (particularly the shower/toilet room) is much colder than the rest of the unit, so having the extra blankets was nice. Possibly changing out the bath fan for one with a heater option would solve this. Already booked it for next Thanksgiving!

The cook family enjoyed every bit of our stay. We always rent a cabin high in the mountains. We decided to try something different this year. When I say we had the best of both worlds I am not kidding. Amazing views, location to the strip within steps and we got to see bears. (Best part of our trip according to our children)
We will definitely be marking this as one of our favorite spots and will be renting here every year.
The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about if I had to.

This is a beautiful unit in what I consider one of (if not THE) best locations in Gatlinburg. The unit is immaculate and well-stocked. Easy walking access to everything in town. Super-easy check in and out process and Steven and Lola are very quick to respond to any questions. We were sad to leave this morning. I can’t recommend this rental enough! Thanks for an amazing getaway!

This place is absolutely beautiful! The distance to the strip is short and the elevator(once we found it. Which was our fault. We were given directions) makes getting down there a breeze. You can walk down a hill, but it’s steep. The split balcony was cool and the place is decorated like you would see most cabins. It’s was clean and had almost everything we needed! My only suggestion to others would be bring some extra blankets, the one on the bed is a little thin and there aren’t extras. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Kurt and Kathyk's condo was fantastic. We actually got the two condos they own which are side by side for our family. It was so convenient to be together. The location is great being right downtown and we didn't have to drive or park. The inside was so clean and decorated beautifully! Loved the outdoor theme! All the amenities were high end and they had everything we needed and more! Would give this place 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

From the minute you enter the condo you can tell it is well cared for, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in the area. I chose this property base on location to the park entrance and photos. Communication with owners was excellent and check-in check-out process was easy. Owners were available to help with anything that we needed.

Everything about our stay in this condo was absolutely perfect. The unit was represented 100% spot on & was even more than what I expected. The only complaint I could have was the rudeness of the cleaning crew when they showed up at the very moment of checkout time. The weather was horrible that morning with strong wind, rain & lightning. For that reason we were waiting to walk my 4 & 5 year granddaughters to the car as everything but one piece of luggage was removed from the unit.

We stayed a week around July 4th and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They provided soap, shampoo, makeup wipes and such that you’d normally expect at a hotel. Kitchen supplies were ample and check in was easy. We would definitely come back.

The property owners gave us all the necessary information well in advance. When we arrived, we were excited that the condo was exactly what we’re expected. In fact, I don’t think the photos do it justice. It was very homey and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The location was absolutely perfect… right down the driveway was the main strip of gatlinburg. Beautiful views from the 2 balconies. We will definitely be back!

We were attending event at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and the condos were right next-door. Although it’s a little bit of a steep walk up, there are elevators that eliminate that challenge for those who need it. Our condo was immaculate. And while some condos, say they have all the cooking utensils, etc. you need, often they are on the not so good side. These were an excellent shape. There was also ample amount of bathroom tissue, and everything else we needed except our food. Sitting on the back deck was a delight, and our hosts were tremendous. They and our hosts were tremendous. They communicated with us excellently before, during, and on check out day. We liked it so much. We immediately tried to book it again for next year. But alas, they were already booked.

I have stayed in these condos for several times at the bridge tournament,but found that yours was one of the best. We do not eat out,and love to cook our own meals. Most of the condos had very little pots,pans,etc.,but yours was well equipped. Hope to be back-a bit pricey compared to some ,so,we will check others next year-hopefully,yours will come in at a better rate.

We have stayed at other condos at Summit Manor and this was by far the best property we have stayed in! It was so clean, the beds were super comfy, and there were nice little extras like (travel shampoo) that were much appreciated! We loved having a Keurig in the kitchen for morning coffee! This is a perfect spot for direct walking access to downtown Gatlinburg.

This property was perfect in every way. It worked great for our family of 5, and had everything we needed. The location was great. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Plus the property was so clean! There was not a single speck of dust or dirt to be found. If we ever to go Gatlinburg again we would definitely stay here! There is honestly nothing negative to say about this place. By far the best and cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. I could go on and on about how clean the place is.

This was such a lovely condo! The pictures do not do it justice. I was very impressed with the layout, the cleanliness, and the decorations. My family and I felt very cozy in this condo. This condo was close to the Main Street in Gatliburg. It was nice to be able to go back to the condo after breakfast or take a break during the day because it was so close. I appreciate quality decorating and upkeep in a vacation home and this one was top notch. The furniture throughout the whole place is all top quality hardwood, the and mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well and even the patio furniture was high end. We didn’t have a single issue with anything at the condo. If I were to critique anything it would be to have smart TV’s so that quests could log into there own streaming services. If they were smart TV’s I couldn’t figure them out. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Booked this place for my sisters bachelorette party. Fits 6 people very comfortably. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, living room space was perfect for that amount of people. Kitchen was well stocked. We were concerned about weather since we went in January and the owners communicated quickly with us and answered my questions. The location was great for everything we wanted to do! Our longest walk was from the condo to Ole Red and it was about 0.7 miles. We all go to gatlinburg at least once a year and definitely plan to stay here again!

This was the cleanest place we've ever stayed including our home, lol. Immaculate. The shower was spotless. The drain didn't even have a speck in it. Yes, I looked! The den & dining room were nicely decorated. All of the artwork was done by a talented local artist. I recognized the locations depicted in each painting and admired each throughout our stay. Everything we needed was included. Boxes of tissues, ample supply of "good" toilet paper, paper towels, pump hand soap, full size laundry & dishwasher detergents, extra garbage bags, AND makeup remover wipes. Both porches were nicely furnished and comfortable. The bed! Best mattress I've ever slept on. The only misses for us were no extra blankets for the beds, or throws for curling up on the couch. And they have a strict no visitor rule that we didn't know about until we received our check-in info. Otherwise the condo was comfortable, communication was great and we look forward to staying at this property again. =^..^=
