The Grand Palm has it all – an open concept main floor living area with high-end finishings and appliances; oversized first-floor primary suite, complete with his/her closets, steam shower, and comfortable soak tub; and an abundance of comfortable living quarters providing plenty of space for large families and groups to spread out.
The upstairs features three bedrooms, each appointed with a QUEEN bed, plus built-in bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight people, with a separate living area and balcony with stunning marsh views. The separate guest house offers the ultimate in privacy and comfort. This beautiful space is fully-maximized with a cozy bedroom appointment with a QUEEN bed, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable seating area.
Other highlights at The Grand Palm include Sonos audio featured throughout the home, as well as smart televisions, and thermostats. Experience true relaxation in the expansive outdoor space, complete with a spacious screen porch living area, pool/hot tub combination, and multiple wood-burning fireplaces. Enjoy the sunrise marsh views off of your back porch, or bask poolside in the evening glow of the warm Southern sunshine, as you close out the day with a cocktail in hand.
Tucked among the pines In Moreland Village, you will find the peace and tranquility your soul has been yearning for. Grab a picnic lunch from the Canteen, and you are mere steps away from Moreland Landing, where you can fish off the dock, lounge in the riverside hammocks, or roast a few oysters on the firepits. Enjoy marshland views as you relax poolside, and close out your evenings with dinner at Cole's restaurant, and a quick game of bowling before you turn in for the evening.
