About this campground/ rv resort rental

Tiny home with modern comforts: privately contained unit in Topanga Canyon. Enjoy a private fenced patio with BBQ and State Park's endless hiking trails minutes away. Modern kitchenette, A/C, high-speed internet, double bed.

1 reserved parking spot on-site. Property contains a combination of 5 campers & tiny houses. Convenient location near Topanga town. There is street noise during the day but very quiet at night.

A beautifully landscaped oasis in the heart of Topanga, just minutes from the village with dining, shopping, yoga and pilates, and gorgeous hiking trails nearby. Property has 3 airstreams + 1 tiny home. Rent all units together for a group getaway, local event or wedding guest accommodations.

Guests have full and private use of their own tinyhome and yard. 1 parking spot is reserved on-site. If needed, additional cars can park easily on the street for free.

Topanga is the perfect blend of mountain town meets the sparkling Southern California ocean and best surf breaks. Along the coast, Topanga is located in between Santa Monica and Malibu. It is also conveniently located in between the Valley and the Ocean. Its perfect for someone who wants to feel like there away, but still being close to the action.

One of the most romantic restaurants in all of Los Angeles is within walking distance to the Tiny Home. The restaurant is called Inn of the Seventh Ray.

Please note there are 5 separate campers and tiny houses, with a mixture of long-term and short-term tenants. Please respect the private yard of each house. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
◦ Quiet hours 10pm-8am (no loud music or activities to disturb neighbors)
◦ No smoking of ANY kind ANYWHERE on the property--Topanga is a very high fire hazard zone! Smoking on the property will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without any refund
◦ Number of guests on the property at any time must match reservation, no extra visitors
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property allowed without prior, written consent
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $30 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is not kid-proofed or baby-proofed and many features are not suitable for younger children or babies
◦ Lost key fee minimum $50

In walking distance to town, wonderful amenities with a rain shower, that was such a nice surprise! The host gave me a basket full of organic apples upon my arrival. Great place will definitely stay again!

The tiny house was very clean with a comfortable double bed. It's decorated exactly like the pictures. Kitchen ware includes a hotplate and a couple of skillets & couple of pots basic cutlery & cooking utensils. Seasoning currently is salt and pepper. You will need coffee, small round filters, tea, creamer, cooking spray unless the host chooses to add them ( suggested).We cooked breakfast and used the microwave often. The general store adds $2-3 onto typical prices. Local coffee is $5-7 a cup. If you plan to cook I suggest shopping ahead of time. Note that the bathroom has a swinging louvered door it's not as private to use the bathroom as a conventional shutting door. My friend & I shared we are like sisters. Because it's a small space we put our luggage on our particular side of the bed. We used the individual patio for a Karaoke and dance night which was fun. We pretty much felt like we had the place to ourselves. It has the potential to be a good remote work site once the internet connection is improved. Phone reception was fine for TMobile and Verizon for 95% of the area. The tiny house is probably best for a solo traveler. Quite safe. However, two people who are really comfortable and familiar with each other would be fine there too. When you are looking for the house watch for the lizard art at the end of the driveway. It lights up at night. The costume shop is a good place to turn around . We shopped, hiked in Topanga State Park & hit Will Rogers Beach. Nice trip!
