Oak Haven is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2nd-floor condo located in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. The prime location offers unparalleled convenience to shops dining, and local area attractions. Enjoy the warm and inviting atmosphere of the rustic modern aesthetic design with exquisite wood accents and a stone fireplace. Each private bathroom features pebble floors for an added touch of nature. Well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and brand-new furnishings throughout, including:
- NEW 58” Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and one bedroom
- 1GB wifi with streaming account access to YouTubeTV, Netflix, ESPN+, Peacock
- NEW King size memory foam mattresses (Casper)
- Fully appointed kitchen with All-Clad cookware and everything needed (including salt/pepper grinders, various spices, & olive oil) to cook during your stay
- Glassware includes stemless and stemmed wine glasses, pint glasses, champagne flutes, and cocktail shaker for those afternoon drinks
- Live edge dining table with seating for four

Oak Haven is located right off Sunset Dr on a small stretch of New River in downtown Blowing Rock. The river is more like a creek and has easy access for the kiddos and dogs to walk around in.
There is plenty of parking available, but only one vehicle is permitted in the strip between our building and the one right across from it. Additional parking is available throughout the rest of the property.
LOCATION
Just a short walk to Main Street and within minutes to area attractions like: Appalachian Ski Mountain (9 minutes to the parking lot), Chetola Resort (0.5 mile - A dream location for all things in and around Blowing Rock!!!
PETS
Up to two dogs will be considered upon request and require prior approval. Must be under 35 pounds each, weight limit strictly enforced by HOA. A $100 non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay and a $250 refundable deposit per pet payable one week before arrival.
