The accommodation is located in the "Mercerie" street, renowned for its high-end shops and restaurants next to the "Church of San Salvador". The apartment consists of a first floor with kitchen and living room, a second floor with a double bedroom and a bathroom and a third floor with two other bedrooms (one double and one single). The apartment is very nice and in a central location super close to Rialto Bridge and St Mark's square. Everything was clean. We recommend staying here if you are traveling to Venice.Fair warning some of the amenities like laundry weren't working so if you are depending on those check with the host prior to booking.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. Check-in was the easiest of the entire trip. The host just gave us a code and the address and we let ourselves in on our schedule. Checkout was just as simple. The apartment was clean and charming and met my expectations based on the picture. It was very centrally located, but far enough away from St. Marks Square that you didn't feel like you were living in a tourist trap (though the walkway outside did get very busy at times). Overall, this was one of the best locations we stayed during our time in Italy.
