Perfect for individuals, couples, small groups or families looking for for a fresh and inviting space. The private courtyard is perfect for relaxing, eating and cooking on the grill.
Conveniently located near 1-15 and Provo Canyon. 10 minutes from BYU, 20 minutes to Sundance ski resort, 45 minutes to Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake City. Within walking distance of the Murdock trail with 20 paved miles for biking or walking. Within 1 mile of Dry Canyon trail head for a beautiful hike. Near Provo Canyon and its many outdoor activities.

This is a basement apartment just below street level. It has a side entrance with a cute little semi-private courtyard where you listen to the host's chickens cluck away on the other side of a fence. The place has a comfortable, modern farmhouse feel to it with new appliances and everything you need. The only minor issue you might encounter is the apartment doesn't have a separate thermostat. In the summer, when we visited, it got a little chilly down there, but there is a faux fireplace to take the edge off if you get too cold. Otherwise, the place was great and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

We loved staying at this property! I especially loved the courtyard, which stayed cool and shady for much of the day. The eggs from the backyard chickens were a nice bonus. The only (very small) things that I wished for were a few more cooking items in the cabinets (such as a bigger frying pan) and a clock in the bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for us:quiet neighborhood, short drive to food and activities, and within an hour's drive to hiking (our goal). This Hideaway had many extra little touches to ensure our stay was conformable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to couples traveling in the area.

I booked this property to stay the night before the Provo Halloween half. It was PERFECT!! I have stayed at many places for runs but I always welcome a home feel even if it’s a short stay. Thank you for helping make our weekend amazing.

Our stay was short but perfect residential location about 5-10 mins away from food. 15-20 mins from airport and 12 min away from UVU. We ubered everywhere, pretty good and active all day and night. Lyft also available. We flew into provo municipal. Really nice clean simple in and out. The place itself is perfect for small family 2-3 ppl. Wish we could stayed longer. My son had camp at uvu everything in this area is so beautiful scenic. Definitely recommend staying at the home and if I return I’ll be looking up this place.
