This home also offers the perfect balance between work and play, with two dedicated work desks featuring comfy office chairs. Stay connected with high-speed internet while enjoying the stunning surroundings.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a private 8-person hot tub, fire pit, a propane grill and smoker for BBQ enthusiasts, and plenty of seating to soak in the scenery. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee (Keurig or drip both available) on the patio or stargazing in the hot tub at night, the natural beauty of the area is always on display.
The 2-car garage provides exceptional convenience during in the snowy winters, but also doubles as a playroom with a new a new ping pong table along with other fun family games!
When you're ready to explore, you'll find an abundance of outdoor activities at your doorstep. In the warmer months you can enjoy amazing hiking, biking, fishing, boating and golfing nearby. The Provo River and the majestic mountains provide endless opportunities for adventure. And when winter arrives, enjoy the world-class skiing and snowboarding at Park City and Deer Valley resorts just 15 minutes away. The Deer Valley gondola is less than a mile away for direct mountain access and just a mile away from Mayflower mountain opening Winter 2024/2025.

- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 8 guests
- Guests are responsible for all caused damages
- Please use hot tub responsibly
- No food or drink in hot tub
Fire Pit Guidelines
Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
Hot Tub Rules
Shower Before Use: Please take a quick shower before entering the hot tub to help maintain water cleanliness and hygiene.
Maximum Occupancy: The hot tub has a maximum occupancy limit of 8. Please do not exceed this limit for safety and enjoyment.
No Glassware: For safety reasons, glassware or any breakable items are not allowed near the hot tub area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub area to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.
No Food: Eating or drinking inside the hot tub is not allowed. Please enjoy your snacks and beverages outside the hot tub area.
Children and Pets: For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. Additionally, pets are not allowed in or near the hot tub area.
Be Mindful of Noise: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
Cover Usage: When not in use, please replace the hot tub cover securely. This helps to maintain water temperature and conserve energy.
Use at Your Own Risk: Hot tub use is at your own risk. Please be cautious and supervise children and non-swimmers at all times.
Report Issues: If you encounter any problems or malfunctions with the hot tub, please notify the property management immediately.
