- Workstation w/ electric standing desk, chair, fast 500 mbps Wifi makes the perfect setup for working from home
- Child friendly with high chair, pack n play/travel crib and stroller available free of charge upon request
- 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms with comfy memory foam mattresses for a good night’s rest
- Renovated kitchen w/ amenities, condiments & supplies for cooking your delicious meals.
- Coffee & tea and condiments provided
- 2 full modern bathrooms stocked with all the essentials you'll need during your stay
- Trained dogs allowed, $75 pet fee. Additional pet rules will be provided after booking
- Very walkable and safe neighborhood with nice park around the corner (El Nido Park)
- Pickleball & tennis equipment available upon request! Multiple courts available nearby, ask us for more info!
Additional info:
Driveway parking for 2 cars & street parking. Street sweeping is on Monday/Tuesday morning.
Cargo only train track behind the home that passes by briefly a few times a day. Feels like a gentle rumble.
Please do not leave food out for long or eat in the beds as this may attract ants during the warmer months,
