Turn right from the hallway. Comfortable living room with corner couch (sofabed), coffee table and feature fireplace. Flat screen TV. HIgh ceilings and beautiful bay window and original period feature covings etc.
Kitchen Diner
Second right from the hallway. Kitchen diner, fully equipped with dual fuel range cooker set in beautiful exposed brick fireplace, retro style Smeg fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table, and with patio doors leading out onto the rear courtyard garden.
Bedroom 1 and ensuite bathroom
Off the hallway to the left is the ground floor double bedroom, with comfortable bed and its own ensuite shower room.
