Located in DTC (Denver Tech Center), it is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores and anything else you could need during your stay. Perfect for business travelers, single travelers, concert-goers, or couples seeking a getaway. Fully stocked kitchen and two bedrooms with king size beds. Building offers a fitness center and seasonal pool access.

Each of the two bedrooms come with a king size bed and bathrooms (one attached and the other across the hall). Plenty of space to store your belongings as well and TVs to watch while relaxing in bed.

The kitchen provides everything you would need to prepare meals and snacks. The main living area offers a TV and seating options for you and your friends, along with a gas fireplace. Next to the small dining area there is a private patio to enjoy some fresh air.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire unit and any open amenities on-site, including the seasonal pool which. typically opens in May, then closes in/by September.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the unit. Mailbox will not be available during your stay.

We pay a housekeeper a living wage and the entire cleaning fee goes to them directly. They take care of everything meticulously to ensure the place is 5 star ready for each guest.
