Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.

No Parties, Quiet Hours: Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. A fee of $1000 will be assessed if a party is discovered or if excessive noise disturbs neighbors.
Declared Guests: Please declare all guests in advance. There is a fee of $50 per guest per night for undeclared guests.
Pets: If you plan to bring pets, they must be disclosed and approved in advance. The fee is $100 per pet for stays up to 5 days; for longer stays, it's $150 per pet. Price adjustments will be requested after booking confirmation. An unregistered pet will double this fee.
Cleanliness: Leave the property as you found it. Excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees on top of the standard cleaning fee.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 10 am. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to a $30 flat fee. We will inform you of the available late check-out time.
Check-in: Standard check-in time is 4 pm. Early check-in must be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $20 per hour. If you arrive early without prior notice, you may need to wait until the official check-in time.

This is a great home. Very clean, very centrally located, only 15 miles from anywhere we needed to be in the city. Highly recommended for a large group.

Property was clean and nicely decorated. There could be a few extra touches but overall really nice. Big issue was the bathrooms were listed at 3 bathrooms when it was actually 2.5. This made it difficult for 8 adults to schedule shower time.

We stayed at this property to help our adult child with a cross-country move to start medical school in the DSM area. The house is in a convenient location near tons of retail and restaurants. We also brought our dog and he loved the backyard and nice neighborhood to walk in.
The owner was super communicative and accommodating in allowing us to have some packages shipped directly to the property. When a smoke detector had a bad battery, the owner took care of it in less than half a day.

We visited for two weeks and the house became our visiting home. Dan our host was excellent with great instructions and immediate responses to our questions. The house was as advertised with perfect convenient location. Would stay here again.

Loved this place and the host Daniel was great with communicating with us. Everything was nice and clean and just as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet. Being able to use the garage was a plus and sitting on the deck was especially nice. If I had to request anything it would be to have dresser/chest of drawers in the bedrooms, but this would not deter me from staying there again. Most definitely a very pleasant stay and better than the hotels.

We had 8 adults and 2 children staying for the weekend. Everyone had their own space and was comfortable. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and plenty of linens for our needs. Location of the property was near perfect for everything we had planned. If you have kids or pets, the yard leaves quite a bit to be desired. A little upkeep there and all's good. Daniel was "Johnny on the Spot" with communication so no issues there. Clean dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived and we discovered damage to the couch in the living...which we communicated to Daniel immediately. Other than the yard needing some care, I would recommend having some additional seating available. For a group as big as ours, half of us were sitting on the floor when hanging out or eating together.

We traveled during the blizzard and arrived the evening of 15" of snow fall. The property was very nice as expected. The manager communicated with us trying to ensure the driveway would be cleared with all the snowfall for our arrival. Neighbors were great when we got our vehicle stuck out in the unplowed street. They helped us get to the driveway. The city a short while later had the streets cleaned. great weekend for us.

Cute house in a active neighborhood. House was clean and decorated with a boho modern theme. My dogs enjoyed the large backyard, with friendly surrounding neighbors and pup. Loved having garage access so my dogs could come and go from the property safely and without a worry. Master bedroom was spacious and mattress was cozy. Property is located close to the interstate, food, and grocery store which is super convenient. Listing mentions some slight noise from nearby interstate, but I actually liked the noise. Overall we had a great stay!
