This 4 bedroom 3 bath beautifully furnished retreat offers outdoor fun with a hot tub, fire pit, and huge wrap-around deck. Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen, gas fireplace, and large game room equipped with a full-sized pool table, poker/game table, widescreen smart TV, and classic arcade game.

Wonderful time in the Poconos. A little colder than expected for beginning of September but the camp fires helped at night. A lot to do in area and house. Don’t forget relaxing. Overall everything was nice a couple things may have to be replaced/updated soon.

The property is beautiful and quiet. I had an 11 person group and we fit there perfectly (with space). Its a little far from any big stores but that wasn't a problem at all.

Overall every thing in property description was accurate. Asked my 5 other senior golfers for comments and only a couple negs. The hot tub registered 103 and we could not increase it, water was warm but not ‘hot’ possibly us. Initially we could not get the main tv connected though followed Simon directions and have done similar hook ups. Charlie was prompt in response, including internet providers name. About an hour of trial later the network had been down, and it got back on line. One problem, the entrance to the community was atrovious, full of tire buster pot jokes, a disgrace to the community owners or association. Out be corrected. Thanks again to Charlie for his prompt attention and communications.

We had the best time during our stay! The area was beautiful and close to lots of fun things to do. The host was accommodating and was very responsive any time I had a question. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a group of 9 who all were able to have enough space and comfort to meet our needs. The fire pit and pool table were where we spent most of our time. The kitchen had enough essentials to make our meals. The house felt really cozy and comfortable. It also felt secluded but still close to some local grocery places to get things you forgot. We spent most of Saturday at Hickory Run State Park which was a lot of fun!

The house looked better in person! Had a great time, glad the kids were home to help when the owner showed up to move a sofa. We all had a fun time!

A small getaway stay with friends and family. Enjoying each others company and relaxing. Played pool and other games outside while having the occasional drinks. A decent distance between neighbors giving way for outdoor games and music. House was cozy and inviting. Had a blast and would do it all over again.

Property was just as listed and described. Clean, 3 levels, hot tub, game room, loft, and plenty of space for our family to spread out. Nice quiet neighborhood with just a short drive to Hickory Run which we visited both days. Appreciated the responsiveness of the host and ease of check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was in great condition and cozy upon arrival. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax after a long day of paintball. The only major downside, which is no fault of the owners, is the road that you turn in on from the main road was covered in potholes. Also not the fault of the owner but there was heavy rain which had an effect on the water. Overall, I’d highly recommend the house!

We were a party of 11 and the house was nice and cozy. The three floors were more than enough space for all of us. We were literally 10 mins from Big Boulder Mtn and about 20 mins from Jack Frost. Communication with the owner via VRBO was easy with quick responses. Always kept in contact before, during and after the trip. Can't wait to rent this place out when it gets warmer and we can head over to Lake Harmony.

Great stay except for the rain. House was just as pictured, clean and spacious. If you could only control the rain it was perfect. The host was the best, with tons of info about the property.

We had such a great time celebrating Thanksgiving in the Poconos. The house is very clean, rooms and amenities are just as pictured/listed. Water/shower pressure and heat was perfect. Fireplace was so easy and cozy. Love the radiator heat, turn up on bathroom to shower then turn down. Very nice to be able to customize. Arcade game and pool table kept kids entertained. Hot tub was super fun, next to fire. Washer and dryer very convenient. Everything is brand new and you can tell well done and will be well taken care of. Property manager and owner very responsive and helpful. No hassel, just all around great experience. 10/10 We already are looking to rebook in the new year to take advantage of the skiing proximity to the property.
