Find ease, comfort, and sunlight at this polished guest suite in Chatham, enviably located a half a mile from Ridgevale Beach. This is a place to spend your days riding bikes into town and on the trails, or unwind in the evenings with a bit of Ping-Pong in the den.

This is a prime Chatham location, with Ridgevale Beach (offering a parking lot, restrooms, and a seasonal snack bar) just over half a mile away. Route 28 is less than a mile north, granting you easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (one mile), the charming heart of downtown Chatham, and Chatham A's games at Veterans Field (both are just over three miles). On the subject of trails, outdoor enthusiasts will adore having so many of them, as well as nearby parks, to explore.

This suite occupies the second floor of a larger house, but it has its own entrance and designated parking. The living area is open and spacious, with sunshine streaming in through windows on two sides and a futon for lounging. The second room is equally well-appointed, offering another TV and sitting area. When you're not dining out, you'll have a kitchenette with a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a Keurig (but no stove or oven).

The suite also offers an additional space that is the perfect spot to play Ping-Pong, stream movies, or pull up a seat at the desk and monitor and log onto the complimentary WiFi. A comfortable sleeping space, a full bathroom, and central air round out your home away from home.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
There is no washer/dryer.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
