🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit, house, and on the balcony. Violations will result in a $200.00 fine plus any additional cleaning costs required to eliminate smoke odors from the premises and/or linens.

⚠️ Liability: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or the loss/damage of personal belongings that may occur on the premises, including the facilities and parking areas.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events is not permitted. Violations will incur a fine ranging from $200 to $500.

⏰ Late Check-Out: A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if guests do not vacate the premises by the agreed-upon time.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, with a limit of two pets per unit. A fee of $75 per pet (plus taxes) will be charged.

The place was clean. Everything was in working order. Location was perfect since it did not have any parking challenges. All the bare minimum required for a good stay was there. We were 5 people in the family and there wasn't extra blanket for the 5th person so we had to buy one from Walmart. Did not have any extra towels so we bought some. The photos are a bit misleading of the outdoors. The patio area is a shared area for the entire building. The green lawns shown are across the street and not part of the property. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

The apartment was lovely and as advertised. We did experience a several incidents of bugs, from waterbugs, roaches and ants during our stay and would recommend some extermination services. The Wi-Fi connection gave us some problems but that could have just been us - _-. Overall, we had a great stay and extended a day to see additional family members in the area. Great location for the apartment too.

Exceptionally clean apartment with spotless kitchen, location was great for Alexandria Old Town, easy drive to Mount Vernon and walkable to subway for all of DC. Across street from a park with kid’s playground which delighted our 6 year old grandson. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and construction was high quality. The location was perfect. We will definitely come back.
