About this house rental
With direct access to the Guadalupe River, you can dip your toes in the cool water or enjoy tubing and fishing right in your own backyard. The water’s edge is LITERALLY a stone’s throw away!
Enjoy the covered back patio and barbecue area, play corn hole with your friends, or simply relax while enjoying the incredible view of the river and watching cranes glide overhead. Or walk down to the water and throw a tube in the water to lazily float. There’s deep spots for swimming or shallower areas to just hang out. You’ll see tubers float by in the summer and fly-fishermen wading on this stretch of the Guadalupe in the fall!
Air Haus features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 18 guests. Three bedrooms with queen-size beds are located on the main level, along with a full kitchen, spacious living room, and a balcony overlooking the river. Downstairs, you'll find a bunk room with 5 bunk beds and 2 twin beds, perfect for larger groups or families. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bunk room. Please note: the lower level is a “walk-out” so it has a separate access from the upstairs level.
This home also offers a covered concrete patio with picnic tables and steps down to the river's edge, along with a small platform offering a hammock for relaxing. There’s a large firepit with seating and a BBQ grill for your use. We sell firewood kits on site for your convenience, too!
During your stay, you'll have parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site, with overflow parking available nearby for a small fee. Explore our nearby attractions, including historic Gruene Dance Hall, Overlook park, Schlitterbahn, San Marcos outlet malls, or even the San Antonio Riverwalk. There are nature walks, grocery stores, gas stations, dining options and even a great brewery nearby!
