The condo you are about to book is called Palais and it is located in a prime spot of Tulum. In Palais you will find a brand new fitness center, multiple rooftop pools and a 24h reception.

THE SPACE

PRIVATE ROOFTOP WITH POOL: This apartment comes with its own private terrace with a private pool. The terrace is equipped with lounging chairs to take some sun and enjoy as well as a dining table where guests can hangout. The space is spacious and private just for our guests.

MASTER SUITE #1: The master suite comes with a super comfortable king size bed, plenty of storage space, as well as a private ensuite bathroom. The master suite is directly connected to the living area as well as the kitchen area. This space can be operated as an independent apartment if desired. The kitchen and dining area of the apartment can only be accessed via this bedroom. In this space you will also find a comfortable queen size sofa bed which can sleep an extra 2 people.

MASTER SUITE #2: The second master suite comes with a beautiful king size bed and again plenty of storage space. You will have access to the private patio in front of the master suite and a private bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom is located upstairs in the rooftop area and it is furnished with 2 comfortable queen size beds which can each sleep 2 people easily. This bedroom can accommodate 4 people in total and it has a direct and exclusive access to the rooftop with the private pool.

- SHARED ROOFTOP POOL: on the rooftop you will find a wonderful rooftop pool where you can do lap swimming and enjoy some relaxing moment. The space is spacious and has plenty of sun beds for our guests.

- SHARED FITNESS CENTER: you will also have access to an amazing fitness center, which is brand new and fully equipped with the latest equipment and material you may be looking for to get fit during your Tulum vacation.

- NIGHT TIME SECURITY: Palais has a night time security service guaranteeing you peace of mind during your stay. They also have day time personnel to assist at reception if and when needed.

LISTING ACCESS

Our guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. This property is rented as a private standalone property and our guests will have its exclusive use.

The residence Palais Tulum also offers fantastic shared amenities such as a fitness center, multiple rooftop pools, and communal gardens. Parking spaces are available right in front of the residence for our guests. Reception during the day and night time security is present on site.

1) For easy access to Palais Tulum, please follow the directions on any navigation application. However avoid going through the small unpaved roads which take you all the way back. Palais Tulum is easily accessible from Coba Avenida, this is the most convenient and fastest path.
