This modern hotel is a real gem. Situated off the town square, next the castle with a two minute walk to the beach. Staff are very friendy. Contemporary rooms kept clean with spacious bathrooms. Woukd recommend.

"My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, largely due to its excellent location. Situated right in the heart of the city center, it was just a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and even the beach and port. This made it incredibly convenient to explore both the vibrant city life and the nearby seaside. The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel well cared for throughout my stay. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. While the breakfast was satisfactory, it lacked variety and freshness, and could benefit from fresher and more diverse options. Also, the in-room amenities were somewhat basic and could be upgraded to match the overall standard of the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for its prime location and exceptional staff. With some enhancements in the areas mentioned, I’m confident the experience could be even more exceptional.

Perfect location for a Santa Pola vacation. Very close to the city with lots of restaurants and the beach. The hotel was very clean and nice and the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back to Hotel Narcea!

Parking states 5000ft away, which is 1.6km..??..there is NO parking at hotel so this was a shock. Small print states booking needed but headline needs to be clearer.

We had a wonderful stay. Al the staff members were very welcoming, polite, accommodating and professional. The breakfast was good: plenty of choice. The rom was very clean and comfortable. The location was very central.

Very friendly staff, fruitbaket and water waiting in the room. The extra sofa was surprisingly comfortable. Lot’s of extra’s like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Great breakfast with everything you could ask for. Would definately go again.

Excellent friendly hotel in a good location. Room including the bathroom was very good although the noise from the plumbing in the room above was a bit disturbing. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Overnight Alicante airport stay. Hotel in centre of town. Parking 2 minutes away. Breakfast choice was excellent. Going to return here for a visit for a few days.

Deluxe suite fab apart from security light over door at night so bright. Needs to have a shield deflecting light away from the bed. Great breakfast choice and location.

We stayed at this hotel which was 20 minutes away from Alicante Airport. The hotel was very modern and spotless clean. Comfortable room/bed. Well equipped bedroom and great shower. Breakfast was included in price which was good value for money. The receptionist was extremely helpful with parking which was very close to hotel. Santa Pola was a very nice town.

Pristine new hotel right next to the castle and within easy walking distance to everything. Lovely little breakfast buffet with everything you would expect....and for us Brits a separate carton of cold fresh milk to put in your coffee. One tiny improvement would be a larger bin in the room, there is only a tiny one in the bathroom and I felt guilty leaving larger trash on the cabinet. Definitely coming back!!
