Потрясающий отель! Девушка-администратор всегда была на подхвате, помогла со всеми вопросами и была дружелюбной! ps обратите внимание, что это формат Кондо-отель, где вы арендуете "личный" номер. Но тем и лучше - мы чувствовали себя VIP-персонами :) В первую очередь, конечно, из-за того, что отель рассчитан на местных жителей, европейцев здесь почти не встретишь. Так как отель еще недостаточно заселен (активны два-три корпуса), очень мало людей, при этом анимация ежедневная. Советую приезжать в будни дни, когда людей очень мало и все бассейны свободны. Инфинити бассейны с потрясающим видом на территории комплекса - отдельная любовь! На территории три маркета с едой и напитками и большое количество кафе. На английском разговаривают не все, но языком жестов и переводчиком можно объясниться :) Шведский стол на завтрак - потрясающий! Большое разнообразие еды и напитков. Выпечка - бесподобна! Сам номер - просторный, чистый и свежий. Вид на море получается практически из каждого номера. Наш вид был на внутренний двор отеля, при этом большую часть занимал вид на море и на рассвет (он тут тоже восхитителен). Однозначно советуем!!! Спасибо за великолепный отпуск!

К сожалению, многие отдыхающие - нечистоплотные. Очень мусорно на пляже (ровно за территорией пляжа отеля очень много мусора)

Хороший отель, но отвратительный пляж

Очень красивый отель, стоит на отшибе от Муйне среди песчаных дюн. Чистота, активная программа, много бассейнов, просторные номера Для тех, кто собирается провести все время в отеле По еде в комплексе, помимо стандартного ресторана, есть вьетнамские забегаловки и магазинчики. Бассейны по специальным стикерам и обновлять их надо каждый день. Уточните заранее входят ли они в стоимость жилья. Персонал почти не разговаривает на английском и уж тем более на русском. В отеле в целом отдыхают одни азиаты, мы были единственными европейцами Пока не весь отель открыт и заселен, поэтому лучше всего именно сейчас его посетить. После в бассейне будет сложно найти место, особенно, если ваше расписание совпадает с азиатским. Советую пожить в этот отеле 3-4 дня. Больше уже скучно

Море. Очень грязный пляж, мутная вода, воняет рыбой из унылых палаток по бокам, коровы проходили через пляж и насрали прямо в песок, бухающие местные и персонал, которые ели крабов на шезлонгах и так оставили. Зона купания огорожена бутылками-буйками, которые все в тине и это на глубине по пояс, поэтому тем, кто умеет плавать приходится бультыхаться по колено в воде.

Rất ưng. Hẹn gặp lại 😍

Mình thích phòng nhà này quá, thích nhất được dùng nhiều hồ bơi, tha hồ chơi trong khách sạn. Mình thích cây cối, nên mình thấy view công viên quá xinh. Ngoài ra tất cả các điều cơ bản đều oke, phòng sạch thoáng, bạn hướng dẫn rất nhiệt tình, chỉ cho bọn mình nên đi đâu chơi, ăn gì. Bọn mình cần thêm mấy đồ linh tinh bạn đều rep tin nhắn siêu nhanh. Vị trí của khách sạn khá xa trung tâm, nhưng bọn mình có xe đi lại thuận tiên nên cũng chả sao. Mà thực ra bọn mình có dành nhiều thời gian chơi ở khuôn viên hơn là vào trung tâm, tại gì cũng có 😅

Sóng điện thoại trong phòng hơi kém, nhưng bọn mình đi chơi cũng không quan trọng lắm 😉

Terrible.

It's too old and premium to be rated 5stars accommodation.

There's no bath shower/gel in bathroom, just only 1 herbal unwell-known local brand, no hand soap either. It's worse than hostel/homestay facilitates. Lack of cleansers, the guests even put their garbage, plastic trash front of the door, corridor. The lift was dirty and wet. In high summer season, the parking, in-out traffic was so messy, securities didn't care and guide clear navigation even wrong direction for car parking, drop off guests of hotel. The buggy road is same with walking line, drop off points were not clear, drivers rode too fast and furiously, especially dangerous for kids.

Schlechtes Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis

Schönes Zimmer und schönes Badezimmer. Viele Restaurants und Mini Märkte auf dem Gelände.

- Lage: Sehr weit entfernt von allem. Man kann in der Umgebung nichts unternehmen, wenn man kein Roller oder Auto hat. Man kann keine Grabs rufen, weil die Anlage so weit von Mui Ne entfernt liegt. - Angeblich wird man von Golfcars in der Anlage rumgefahren, um wieder aus dem Resort zu kommen. Allerdings stehen die Golfcars immer leer, sodass man den Service nicht in Anspruch nehmen kann. Nur beim Check in wird man einmalig mit den Koffer hochgefahren. - Wir hatten für 2 Nächte gebucht und konnten am letzten Tag keinen Golfcar nutzen, weil unser Ausweis nicht für so lange ausgestellt war. Deshalb mussten wir unsere Koffer selber die Anlage runtertragen. - Smart TV ohne Netflix Für den Preis würde ich etwas anderes buchen. Hierbei handelt es sich um kein 5 Sterne Hotel, wie angegeben. In jedem anderen (0 Sterne) Hotel in Vietnam wurde uns ein besserer Service angeboten.

Exceptional place, I was gonna rate 9 but the place is Amazing so I rate 10

The rooftop pool and lougue area at Cotodel provide a delightful escape with stunning views. However during peak hours, the limited seating options can be a challenge, potentially detracting from the full enjoyment of this otherwise fantastic amenity.

Adjustments to accommodate more guests during busy periods could further enhance the overall experience.

Exceptional experience but Wi-Fi is not stable.

While the overall experience is exceptional, some guest noted occasional Wi-Fi inconsistencies in certain areas.
