Mi peor experiencia

Ver la naturaleza en lo alto

No tenia dos camas ,era solo una y la otra sofá cama y quebrado , la señora que limpia fue la única que dio la cara y ayudo ,porque no había recepcion ,no había encargados ,restaurante cerrado ,.masajes cerrado ,atracciones cerrado ,entonces si no quieren trabajar mejor cierren el hotel y listo gradas altísimo y no había rampa llevamos un coche y fue un mundo subirlo , si habían otras opciones o entradas nunca hubo alguien que nos guiara...pesimo

Leuke tijd gehad

Het is een super net park met heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij zijn er twee dagen geweest. Een leuke tijd gehad maar twee dagen is ook wel genoeg. Dan heb je alles wel gezien. Veel dieren gezien. Uiteindelijk is het wel een beperkte ruimte waarin je verkeert.

Het heeft wat weg van een attractie park

Schöne Zimmer im grünen mit tollen Tieren

Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer! Man konnte viele Tiere entdecken und beobachten. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wurde von Wendy frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super funktioniert.

Séjour tranquille au milieu d’un petit Park naturel

Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous avons eu droit à une petite visite du Park avec Jose durant laquelle nous avons appris beaucoup de choses. Par la suite, il nous a également aidé à organiser différentes activités en dehors de l’hôtel qui nous ont beaucoup plu! Le restaurant/bar tenu par Jorge propose une magnifique vue panoramique et une ambiance tranquille pour y passer une belle fin de journée. Tout était propre et bien aménagé. Le Park propose plusieurs petits parcours/chemins qui permettent de découvrir des animaux dans leur habitat naturel.

Vue imprenable et personnel adorable

L’accueil de Jose , il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages , visites à faire , restaurants . La vue de la chambre sur la végétation est superbe, les ponts suspendus, le coucher de soleil depuis le rooftop du restaurant., d’un côté vue mer et de l’autre la montagne. Jose nous a fait un tour guidé dans le parc de l’hôtel pendant 2 heures, nous avons vu des singes, paresseux et toucans , c’était génial. Bons petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec des iguanes . Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Spectular views, friendly staff.

Fresh fruit and scrambled eggs for breakfast were delicious. The view from the mountain top restaurant is unbeatable. Gwendolin is a great manager who meets all her guests' needs. Jose, Paul and Wendy did their best to make sure the guests enjoy their stay.

The staff were friendly but some of them were inexperienced in their job.

Future travels should be told a street address AND the flights of stairs to the accomodations.

There was no street address given on the booking. There are MANY PLACES in this area and no one was helpful with trying to find the hotel. Once we did locate it - there were VERY steep stairs leading up to the room. My husband had surgery several months ago and was not able to climb the stairs to get to our room. They were gracious to let us cancel the same day - as we had to book somewhere else that could better accomodate our needs.

Great place to stay if you are heading to Manual Antonio

comfortable, air conditioned room. in a jungle setting. Good breakfast with friendly host. Enjoyed seeing the monkeys, toucans and sloths on our tour of the treetops. Good Massage.

La atención del personal del hotel fue excepcional, amables y hacen que las personas se sientan muy cómodos. Mi novio cumplía años y nos dieron un detalle para cantarle cumpleaños. El hotel está expuesto a todos los animales que están cerca, entonces desde la ventana o dentro del lugar se pueden ver tucanes, lapas, osos perezosos y monos que llegan a la ventana de la habitación La ubicación es cerca del parque y están cerca restaurantes muy buenos. Como recomendación si sería importante en la descripción alertar a los huéspedes la entrada con gradas a el hotel como tal.

Probably the best place you can stay in Manuel Antonio

The property was new and the staff was very welcoming. Also, in the morning, seeing squirrel monkeys and macaws from our room was breathtaking.

The stairs you had to go up to access the room. Both my wife and I had no problem but my mom, who is 75, had a little trouble though there was a hand rail.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff surrounded by animals

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we we're made to feel welcomed and at home. The rooms were brand new and very comfortable with an amazing view of the monkeys in the trees that surround the hotel and they also climb all over your balcony :) The breakfast every morning was delicious, fresh with great service. They have a restaurant/bar at the top of the park which has an amazing sunset. All the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay to make it as pleasurable as possible. With a special mention to Jose who took us on a tour around the park showing us all the animals, we could tell he really enjoyed his job and was passionate about giving us the best experience possible. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

It is located at the top of a hill, so it can be harder to access if you have mobility issues.

Excelent choice, well spent money. Between best 2 out of 20 in CR we were in.

Take a massage, is great and with stunning views at the top. As well as the canopy walks right in the hotel park, with the guide if you wish. Lots of animals around in the mornigs and late afternoon.
