This property is opulent yet cosy, and is ideal for weekend getaways, weddings and luxury stays.

'White Birch' sits proudly on a wide tree lined street in a quiet, yet central part of Orange.
The fireplace is available for use, with wood provided, from April 1st to October 1st.
Parrot Gin Distillery is a 5 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!
Within 3-4 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,
Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
The home is located just over one kilometre from the centre of town. Cafes, restaurants & hotels are a short stroll away.
Other Things to Note:
- This is an adults only property, it is not suitable for children.
- The driveway is located down the left hand side of the property with enough room for 2 car spots. There is plenty of free street parking as well.
Interaction with Guests:
I plan on giving my guests space but am available when needed.
