Just wow. The accommodation was 5 star. My apartment was on level 49 and it was so quiet and the views were stunning. Everything was there to self cater comfortably. The location was first class with all transport links on hand. The communication was faultless with emails provided to access the apartment and also facilitating free parking. I would not hesitate to stay in Browns Suites again.

2 bedroom was perfect for four girlfriends traveling. Pros: convenient to train station for day trip to Gyeongju, incredibly clean apartment with comfortable furnishings, high end appliances (we used a standing clothes steaming closet!), and nicely appointed. Cons: a little hard to walk to stores or restaurants (have to cross a very busy street or go through station), finding way to tower b was a little difficult despite lengthy instructions. The station isn’t in the best neighborhood (lot of homeless/transients, we saw police fist fighting with a drunk homeless guy) but still we felt safe at all times.

I had informed them the day before that we would check in at night. When I checked in, I had difficulties but no one was there to ask. The building was too big and the layout was unclear. We were tired and sleepy, so we ran around and searched for 30 minutes. We were very unhappy.

We had the perfect stay at Brown Suites in Busan. The location is perfect to go everywhere in Busan with the convenience of being connected to the main train station. The apartment was very modern, in impeccable condition, super comfortable and with an incredible view. Communication was great. The pictures don’t do justice to the apartment. We highly recommend it.

Love love loved it here! Rooms were exactly as pictured. Felt like I was truly living here for a few nights. I'll be back and I'm definitely telling all my friends and family. So conveniently close to Busan station and was able to check in easily. The view was great. The bed was comfortable and loved having the option to wash/dry my laundry + call the elevator from my room. How sick is that? Thanks for the amazing stay!

It was spacious, modern and clean. The property manager was very communicative and helped answer all of our questions. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

It was nice and clean and it had a walkway to the Busan Station with plenty of meal choices and underground shopping.

Everything was 5 stars except trying to find the unit and the access to the elevator cards. I would stay again now that i know the layout...but took us 30min to find the card access location.

This was a beautiful place and I’m sad to give it such a low rating. I cannot in good conscience give more than three stars because of the sewage smell. There were six of us staying here and we had to work with one bathroom. Both bathrooms smelled but one of them smelled like death. They came by to fix the issue but I think there is a bigger problems because it didn’t help at all. Other than the smell, this place was perfect, beautiful and conveniently located.

Beautiful, spacious, luxurious apartment hotel. We only stayed for one night but it was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in. 3-bedrooms, 2-baths with a large kitchen/dining combo; amazing view! Location was quiet and safe; short walk to train station and food/shopping options. Great communication with the property; they sent all the info through email shortly after the booking was confirmed; they even allowed us early check-in. The only negative was that there were no large bathroom towels provided. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The location of Brown Suites is perfect, it is close to the station for easy transportation, restaurants for good food, and the view is spectacular! The room itself was spacious, clean and truly beautiful, exactly as advertised. When I had a question, communication with the staff was quick and easy.

Loved our stay here! The view from our room was incredible! The buildings are also connected to the train station so we were able to walk right over after our train ride from Seoul. Apartment was beautiful and convenient store downstairs was very useful! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay with beautiful views!

Great place, amazing view, but takes awhile going to and from most attractions. Busan traffic in car can be overwhelming. Convenient for being close to KTX station but a quite a distance from the subway station.
