The balcony space and view definitely made up for the size of the room.

Location was great, just cross the street and we were on the beach. Our balcony had a great view of the ocean with table and chairs to enjoy it.

The room was small. it did have a fully equipped tiny kitchen in the corner. The bathroom was tiny too.

Great hotel

The staff was excellent. It was very clean and quiet.

The room was advertised here as being on Hampton Beach, but was on North Beach. It was also advertised as having 2 beds and a couch bed, but only had 1 bed and a couch bed.

Beautiful and well maintained hotel, across the street from a great beach.

Hotel smelled amazing! Everything was so clean and well maintained. I love the Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes utensils and condiments.

No outlet near the bed, and maybe please include one small black towel for taking makeup off so the white towels don’t get ruined.

Nicely updated room in a great location

The room was so large and updated. Very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the semi- private back deck.

Bathrooms were on the smaller side, but were nicely updated. As other guests commented it would have been nice if they turned off some of the lights at night as the room stayed bright even with shades.

Great location and great price with easy check-in.

The location was great and I loved that you didn't have to do a formal check-in. It was so easy to use the code to get into the room. I also loved the cute little toiletries and the candy they left for us. Everything looked clean and well cared for.

The only thing I didn't like was that the balcony didn't feel very private because you could look to the right or left and see anyone else that was outside using their balcony. There was also a singular dead fly by the sliding door, but that didn't bother us really.

What a nice place! We can't wait to visit again:) 1/3 comfy beds, clean!!

Clean, new, nice! Our master bed very comfortable. Will return!

The twin beds were hard as rocks. Great length ( thats rare) for my TALL guys, but sadly not a good sleep. Their room was freezing cold. We learned we had to leave their door open, then it was fine. This left no privacy, and a door/curtain.. to main bedroom from kitchen for privacy would be nice, but that was not a big deal, we did not mind.

Amazing stay, with everything I could wish for!

The 935 Ocean, a Beachside Inn was incredible. In the mornings I woke up to a breathtaking view of the ocean, with incredible sunsets in the evenings. The room was so cozy and the studio kitchen had everything I could ever need. Above all the staff is so incredibly friendly. Allie and her coworkers welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home when I needed it. Thank you!
