No magic experience

Upon arrival, I went in to use the restroom. My daughter went to Netflix and the very first thing that came on the screen was "Shane's Porn" . I was highly offended (my daughter is 11 years old). Her and her mother are both shaken by that experience it was completely unwanted and uncalled for. I was upset however my wife told me to keep calm and not call to complain(again this is day one ). The lack of care definitely made me cautious.The place was very warm it had an internal temperature of 82 degrees inside which was warm we were advised afterwards not to turn on the AC since the rooms had window air units which only kept the rooms cool,not the spacious living room or the kitchen. It was so hot we could not even cook there which was something we planned to do throughout our trip.. The place is infested with spiders and spider webs. I wish they'd grant some sort of partial refund for this inconvenience as it wasn't in the description . Im hoping they can make this right. I also have videos/photos of such to validate these facts.

Porn on the tv screen, The Property wasnt clean. Wasn't allowed to turn on AC. No central cooling provided.Which wasnt in the detail/description but it would've affected choosing there to stay in the first place
