About this house rental
If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind beach getaway, check out this Lincoln City vacation rental, which features a private hot tub, ocean views, and space for a large group of 13 guests!
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the north side of town, this home is a quick five-minute walk to easy beach access. It is also less than a mile from the Chinook Winds Casino, plus grocery stores, shops, and restaurants, so you will be conveniently close to all the basics! Five cars can park in the massive driveway, and even has enough parking for an RV or trailer pulling a boat or ATVs.
With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three levels, this home has plenty of space for everyone to find their favorite nook of the house. Walk in the front door and up a flight of stairs to reach the main living area. Here you will find a bright, airy space with enormous windows that let in sunshine and allow views of the ocean. Have a seat on the comfortable sectional sofa and start a fire in the gas fireplace, or turn on the 60-inch smart TV to stay entertained.
Around this home you will have many fun options to keep everyone amused, including cable television, Netflix streaming, a DVD player, Wi-Fi access, board games, books, and more! If you happen to be here during one of the coast's rainstorms, you can stay warm and cozy in front of the fireplace while watching the storm rage outside.
This great room also houses the full kitchen and dining room. With a gorgeous and modern kitchen, including new stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cooking equipment, the chef in your group will have no trouble preparing meals here. Between the dining room table and the seating at the breakfast bar, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a filling meal before heading out to walk on the beach.
This middle level of the home even has a deck with seating and a gas grill, so you could head outside and cook on the grill, or gather everyone to watch the sunset at the end of the day. Head back inside and walk upstairs to the third floor to find a loft area where you can gaze out of the windows for an even better view of the rooftops and the ocean. This loft is a fantastic place to sit, relax, and read one of the provided books. You could also set children up with a board game or their toys and let them play here while the adults chat downstairs.
The top-floor loft converts into a bedroom at night when you pull down the queen-size Murphy bed for a soft and comfortable place to sleep; a full bathroom with a 4 x 4 skylight, and a private deck with spectacular ocean views are also available on this level. Just downstairs on the main level is the master bedroom, which features a large king-size bed, a small wall-mounted TV, bedside lamps for reading, and a full attached bathroom. The main floor even has an additional half-bathroom conveniently located just past the living room.
Downstairs on the ground floor are the remaining two bedrooms and a fun bunk room. The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a pool table, and also offers four twin-size beds arranged in bunks that would be a wonderful place for children to sleep. Down the hallway is a handy laundry area, and this floor also has its own full bathroom. The final two bedrooms each feature a lovely queen-size bed, a relaxing color scheme, and a door to access the patios outside.
If you step outside from this bottom level (or walk downstairs from the upper deck), you will discover a charming patio area where you can sit and breathe in the fresh sea air. Even better, your own private hot tub is nestled here! You will love to soak in the warm, soothing water and relax after a long day of walking on the beach and exploring the town.
If you feel like heading away from Lincoln City for a daytrip, you can drive either north or south for some wonderful options. Drive north about 25 minutes through some dense forests to reach Pacific City, a smaller town nestled right against the sea. If you go south, instead, you will pass by Boiler Bay (a great picnic area that offers spectacular views of the ocean) on your way to Depoe Bay, a small town known as the whale-watching capital of the coast that is a quick 20-minute drive away from Lincoln City. Whether you want to stay close to home or explore the coastline, you will have plenty of options here!
Featuring marvelous ocean views, this Central Oregon Coast vacation rental is the perfect place to stay to make your Lincoln City getaway truly amazing!

Large, wonderful house with quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, above Tsunami zone. Close to hiking, shopping. We want to stay there again.

This home is a three story home which gives our different family members some separation. Each floor has a balcony.
The kitchen, dinning room and living room is really nice with large windows and a great view!
The room for the kids is wonderful!! The bunk beds are safe.
The walk to the beach is fine. The beach it self is beautiful! It was a really great time for all.

We stayed at this home for a multi-generational family vacation with 12 people. The house was beautiful and was the perfect set up for a large family. The bunk room was awesome for all the kids! The location is spectacular and close to lots of coastal activities. The management was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!

We had a wonderful time this week…all 10 of us! Sleeping arrangements were a breeze with big rooms and comfortable beds! The kitchen was well stocked and the cookware was better than we have at home (usually my pet peeve at rentals!).
I was impressed by the personal connection with Chris concerning our reservations and the communication was thoughtful.
I would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone!

Absolutely perfect! We had an immediate family of 12 occupying the beautiful home for 4 days. 8 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space for everyone. The iTrip folks were so gracious and making contact with them was never an issue. The home was clean and well supplied. We will definitely be back for more!

Paradise Found is a great property. We found that it met our needs and exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and well maintained, the essentials for our stay were well stocked. The hot tub was working well and was easily accessible for both young and old. I was prepared with light bulbs and batteries (having learned from previous vacation rentals) but I didn't need them at this property. I will be checking with iTrip first when we choose our next vacation.

This house was very roomy for the 8 of us. We loved the pool table and hot tub. There were 14 stairs to get to the main floor which had a large front room, dining room, and kitchen that was all one large area. There were 10 chairs around the table and 3 or 4 barstools at the counter, and a wrap around couch. So there were plenty of seats for us to all sit and visit, and if you were cooking you were part of the crowd. Also on the main floor was a large master suite with king size bed, walk in closet, it's own door to a small deck, and a bathroom. Just outside the master bedroom there was a half bath. Full bathrooms upstairs in the loft sleeping area and downstairs with two bedrooms, washer and dryer, and game room with pool table, shuffle board, and 2 bunk beds. The two downstairs bedrooms had sliding doors out to the hot tub and BBQ grill. There was a large deck off the main level with a picnic table and chairs and then steps down to the hot tub. The views of the ocean were great and you could hear the noise of the ocean. There was a spot to get down to the beach not to far from the house but it was a little steep or you could walk a half mile down to the Roads End beach wayside.
There were some minor maintenance issues but in no way made the stay bad. They were, the light bulbs on the stove hood and refrigerator were burnt out and need replaced, and the Keurig coffee maker was broken by someone prior to us getting there and needs to be tossed (drip coffee maker worked).

Nice location for our family reunion. Nice ocean views and short walk or drive to the beach. Very clean and well stocked.

We had a great time. I would request more dish towels and sponges in the kitchen. We had one dish towel and nothing else. We had to go buy sponges and a wine opener to use your very generous bottle of wine. Don’t know what happened there. I think we’d try it again.
Thank you

We loved it! Had a problem with the oven and management company immediately took care of getting us a small countertop convection oven that was brand new.
Condition of the house is great. Hot tub was clean and warm. Beds comfy. Note that one of the bedrooms is an open loft that has very little privacy but it does have the next balcony view!
All in all a great place for a group!
