Perfect location! 20 minutes from Zion! Very cozy and clean and well stocked house with beautiful views of the Pine Valley Mountain. Close to maintain trails and mountain biking. Also a great if you plan on going to Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon’s north rim.

My daughter and family drove down from Salt Lake, we drove up from Pinetop AZ and met about halfway. My two grandaughters ages 11 and 13 had a blast, so much for kids to do! We spent one day exploring Zion and another day at Sands reservoir kayaking, jet skiing and swimming. Too short, but the house was beautiful, great location and try the Stagecoach Grill for dinner! Would definitely go back!

Fantastic house. Nice & cool when we arrived. Easy access to grocery store. It was a quick drive to Zion. Everyone was able to take a shower one after another without running out of hot water. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice home with king beds in all rooms. Location and layout of home worked well for our family. There were some minor issues during our stay. Towel bar in master bedroom was broken and holes in glass window in master bedroom. I messaged owner about both and got no response. Check in is 5pm and check out is 10am with a long list of things you need to do before checking out. Most other vrbo in area are 4pm and 11am so not your norm at this rental. Would have liked luggage racks in bedrooms so luggage didn't have to sit on floor. Also no one cleans the games in garage and they were very dusty/dirty. There are no chairs on the balcony which would have been nice to sit and look at the stars. Other than these minor issues we had a good time and the home was clean and welcoming.

This was a very nice property. We went to Brice Canyon, Zion, Snow Canyon and Cedar Breaks. The location was good with a decent grocery store near by. The house was clean and well maintained. We were there with our adult children and it was nice to have all the king beds.

We had a fabulous time at the LaVerkin house. It was clean, rooming, and a great location! It was close to Zion National Park, food, and shops. I highly recommend!

Check in was simple and the property was enjoyable. Nice views from the back deck. Quick drives to restaurants and stores. Close enough to Zion National Park. The master bedroom at the back of the house did not have a screen on the window which might be a safety hazard for kids. I'd recommend this property to others.

This home is a home away from home. Everything you need is here. From the beginning, Derrick was understanding, accommodating and communication was great! We were a family of 7 with ages 11-75 and all had a wonderful time; dogs too! We definitely want to come back and stay here!

We just loved our stay here! The house was just perfect our our family of 4 and our friends' family of 4. Plenty of space, and fun things for the kids to do. It was a perfect location close to Zion National Park. I'd definitely stay here again!

The size of this home is great. We stayed here with 4 couples. 2 levels with living areas on both floors was very convenient. The king size beds were a rare experiece, it is extremely hard to find a rental with all King size beds. The arcade/game set up was also fun!

This home was a great place for use to stay in one place and enjoy day-trips to the usual area attractions (Zion, Bryce, etc). House was clean. Enjoyed the thoughtful extra touches - pack-n-play in master bedroom, light switches were identified with labels, etc. Derrick was easy to get ahold of before and during our stay. Part of the surrounding neighborhood isn't as nice as this property (thus the 4-star rating) but we didn't have any issues during our stay.

This is a really nice house with lots of space, games in the garage for kids, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and a short drive away from Zion. We had a great time here and thought it was a great value.

This property was a great value. Close enough to Zion to make travel there easy and still has plenty of grocery and restaurant options close to the house. The games and amenities made for entertaining evenings after long days of hiking

Easy checkin and checkout process! Roomy comfortable house with super comfortable beds! Cool Games in the garage for the kids and a PacMan machine downstairs, which now has a new high-score LOL. This is in a really nice location being close to Hurricane and a Maverick just around the corner. We are already talking about booking this place for next year.

Everything was fine. The fridge has water condensation problems and should be replaced but overall no big issues. Spacious.

My husband and I scheduled a work week in the middle of a 3 week trip through Colorado and Utah. What a perfect spot! We were up early in the AM to catch up on work and spent afternoons exploring Zion and St. George. La Verkin is perfectly situated to access Zion in a quick 20 minute drive. The house was well appointed - I was able to prepare meals and stock up for our last week on the trails in remote areas of Utah. Slept wonderfully, and enjoyed the scenic views from the deck with my morning coffee. Thanks for sharing your home! We will return!

The house was great, much larger than we anticipated. The location was unbeatable, only 20 minutes from the gates at Zion, close to hiking trails and perfect for cycling. My wife and I will absolutely stay here again.

Two families of five stayed here and we felt it was our favorite place of all the places we had been during our two-week road trip visiting the national parks. The upside for adults was a well-stocked kitchen, big TVs, very comfortable king-size beds and three bathrooms. The kids loved the game room (foos, basketball, ping pong) in the garage and the hoop in the other room, the very large downstairs TV room that became their home base for playing. The AC worked great throughout the house. Two restaurants are nearby for takeout (we got pizzas from Red Rock, adults went to the Stage Coach Grille for steaks) and there's a shaved ice spot in the parking lot of the Davis Grocery store that was a welcome break from the heat.

Everyone loved our time here! We were a larger group size of 8 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house was clean, welll maintained and had everything and more to make our stay more than comfortable. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a place to stay near Zion. Thanks for everything!

My family and I stayed here for our recent trip to Zion- the location is GREAT! Just a short 25-30 mins drive from Zion. The house is very clean and spacious. Our family really enjoyed the game room and appreciated a fully stocked kitchen with lots of appliances available for our use. There is a local market half a mile away and a cheap gas station down the street from the house. definitely recommend this house/ location and gladly stay here again!!
