Welcome to our renovated 3-bed, 2-bath home. Perfectly located 5 minutes away from Warm Mineral Springs and a 20 minutes drive to Venice Beach.
Heated pool with an extra fee of $40 per night. Jacuzzi/Spa with no extra fee.
This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office with a pull-out couch, 1 Roku TV, a pool and a remote-controlled heated spa.

The BBQ Grill is free to use. We do not provide the propane gas and there is often some left in the tank (please clean after use). If you run out, replacement propane is easily found a the nearby Walmart/Home Depot

Swim at your own risk! No lifeguard on duty. Running, pushing, diving is not allowed at the house pool. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES
No specific pool temperature is guaranteed
