About this house rental
Very nice & Spacious 3 bedms/2.5bathms home with heated swimming-pool in Euclid Ave. Near beaches (15min) and downtown (5min) and Shopping St Armand Cir (15 min). Perfect for family and friends. Modern comfort renovated with a large garden Near to Yoder's Fresh market and Arlington park (playing area for kids). With a private heated swimming pool, equipped kitchen and TV equipped living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it's perfect for a family group or friends of 10-12 guests. This house is fully furnished and equipped. You can park up three cars in the driveway. You enter in the house in a relaxing open living room with a large window with a direct access to the pool. There is one sofa which can be transformed in two twin beds. The dining room is next to the kitchen with a high table for 8 guests and another living area. The living room is very spacious, and filled with natural light thanks to a large windows. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker.... The laundry for washer and dryer are located in the garage. The master bedroom features a king size bed , a dressing room, master bathroom that includes a tub, shower, double sink, toilet, and an access to the pool. The second bedroom has two full size beds, and a dressing, the third bedroom features two bunk beds (4 beddings) with 2 extra twin beds in the mezzanine with also a dressing. The second bathroom has a shower, double sink, toilet. The large, screened, and heated swimming-pool is great to enjoy a very good time. There is a set lounge with a gas grill and an outdoor living room. Utilities, home internet, pool care and landscaping are included in the price Minimum 7 nights
