This stunning 3-bedroom + Den, 3.5-bathroom premium townhome is an excellent mountain getaway for families or groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s perfect for two families to share! You’re just a 5-minute drive from the slopes at Breckenridge Resort as well as historic downtown Breckenridge; or there’s a free bus stop right across the street! You’ll also love the easy access to miles of trails perfect for cross-country skiing, mountain biking and hiking.
Inside, the living area is warm and inviting, with vaulted ceilings and a large gas fireplace surrounded by lovely furniture. There’s also a large Smart TV to catch your favorite show or watch the game. Just off the living area is the main deck with incredible views of Breck’s Peak 10 and Quandary Peak, as well as a gas grill for barbequing. Downstairs, there’s also a family room with another large Smart TV.
The kitchen features large granite counters, a gas range, and all the gear you’ll need to create memorable mountain meals for your group. The dining area has a beautiful dining room table with room for six, and there’s room for three at the counter. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a heated one-car garage (plus driveway parking for another vehicle) and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Lower Level:
- Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, Smart TV, private door to patio and hot tub. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, private door to hall bathroom, private door to patio and hot tub. (sleeps 2)
- Den: 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds (sleeps 8)
- Hall bathroom: tub/shower.
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- A $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- A four-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter.
- Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space – 2 spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
