Located in the small village of Saxthorpe, this traditional English cottage, with original beams, has been restored to a very high standard and offers four bedrooms. Plush sofas and tasteful décor create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you’re preparing a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has everything you need. The sun room opens out onto the south-facing, enclosed rear garden, ideal for pets and children. Here you can relax, read a book while listening to the water at the nearby mill or watch the stars in the stunning Norfolk sky. Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms, each uniquely decorated to create a comfortable and tranquil retreat.
Saxthorpe and its surroundings offer a wide range of activities for those seeking both relaxation and adventure. Take leisurely walks or bike rides along the scenic countryside lanes, discovering hidden trails, and enjoying the serene beauty of the landscape. Visit the quaint local pubs in Saxthorpe and nearby villages, where you can savour traditional British cuisine and mingle with friendly locals. Explore historical sites such as the nearby Blickling Estate, a magnificent Jacobean mansion with beautiful gardens and walking trails.
