This home is nestled in the heart of small-town Hope, a community the eastern shore of Lake Pend Oreille known for its gorgeous sunsets. In the summer months, you'll be incredibly close to lake access points at Pringle Park (quarter-mile) and Sam Owen Campground (three miles). Come winter, head up to the world-class slopes of Schweitzer Mountain (28 miles). More than just a place to stay, this home takes you on a journey through time with its stone construction and lovely details of natural wood. Yet all sorts of contemporary comforts were seamlessly incorporated in the redesign, from the open layout to the elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances. After a day of outdoor adventures, return home to read by the gas fireplace, play board games around the coffee table, or pull up a stool to the kitchen island for a homemade dinner and cocktails. Leave the day's clothes to spin in the washer/dryer, use the complimentary WiFi to plan the next day's activities, and stream movies in the bedroom as you sink into a restful night's sleep. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
