‘The Anchorage by the Lake’ is one of the best holiday houses in the region - it is the most perfect lakeside location and everything has been considered for our guests.

About this space
The home is generous in space offering two internal living areas with a further two alfresco areas and spacious kitchen.
The beautiful big north facing yard, backs onto Lake Mulwala and the Chinamen’s Island walking track and the private pool is a ‘wow’ factor feature.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a powder room.
Bedding configurations:
The standard number of guests is 10. Up to 5 additional children are welcome (extra charges apply)

Master- King or 2 x King Singles with ensuite
Bedroom 2- King or 2 x King Singles with ensuite/ family bathroom with bath and shower
Bedroom 3- Queen and Single
Shared space – queen sofa bed in the upstairs living.
Downstairs
Bedroom 4 - King bed (or 2 x single beds) with ensuite plus powder room
Extra children:
There are 5 x single trundle beds available on request (extra charges apply). Trundles are suitable for children only.

Pets may be considered upon request, and approval is dependent on subsequent bookings and allergies.
Inclusions:
All bed linen and bath towels are provided – just BYO pool towels!
Bath towels are not to be used as pool towels.
The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry items and a starter kit of tea and coffee.
Essentials provided (toilet paper, dish washing liquid, washing machine powder and cleaning products) are supplied. Starter quantities are provided (will last 10 guests for 3 nights).

Located on Anchorage Way in Yarrawonga, this is convenient to many of the region’s attractions.
Walk to The Sebel Hotel around the waterfront boardwalk.
Play golf on the Black Bull Golf Course.
Walk, cycle, run around the Chinamen’s Island walking track. Water ski, canoe, stand up paddle board, kayak, wind surf on Lake Mulwala.
Take a lake cruise on the PS Cumberoona Paddle steamer.
Take a BBQ Boat cruise up the Murray and be sure to visit Squires winery in Bundalong.
Hire a mini bus and tour the Rutherglen wine region.
Getting Around:
Just 5 minutes drive into the centre of Yarrawonga.

Age restrictions apply: Do not book this property if you are 28 years or younger.
Extra charges will apply for excess cleaning, excess rubbish, unreported extra guests, unreported damage, lost keys, call outs etc.
No camping, no caravans, no swags, no fires during total fire ban.
No cleaning of caught fish inside the premises.
Check in / check out:
Check-in time is not before 2:00pm on the arrival date (3:00pm during peak season)
Check Out time is not later than 10.00am on departure date.
Early check and late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and pending other bookings.
