About this house rental
The entrance is accessed via a few steps down from the 2 private parking spaces to the front door. On entering you'll find a utility & cloakroom to the right. Continue through to a well appointed open plan living, kitchen & dining space. The kitchen has all the mod cons & the dining table comfortably seats six. The light & airy living room/diner has lovely views across the rooftops of Paignton towards the sea. Glass patio doors lead to a balcony with a comfortable seating area. Steps lead down into the garden.
Stairs lead up from the living room to an upstairs landing off of which you'll find a modern family bathroom with bath & shower over. The first bedroom has a double bed & also a single fold out camping bed. The second bedroom has a King size bed & lovely views towards the sea.
Another set of stairs from the living area leads down to the basement where you'll find a further King size bedroom (please note this bedroom has no door from the stairwell). This bedroom boasts a stylish en suite with free-standing bath (please note the bathroom has saloon style louvered doors).
Glass doors from the bedroom lead to a conservatory with a comfortable sofa & further seating. Another set of glass doors lead out onto the patio with stunning views whilst the pretty garden area is accessed by further steps down.
