3 Bonaventure Close is a charming home with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, single, and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside, there is a multi-level garden with furniture and barbecue, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.5 miles, a beach. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available on request. Enjoy a memorable stay in Devon at 3 Bonaventure Close. Note: One pet welcome but must be kept off sofas and downstairs at all times.

Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.4 mile, beach 1.5 miles. Note: One dog welcome but must be kept off all furniture and downstairs at all times and guests are requested to please clean up in the garden after their dog has used it. Note: There are three steps up to the property and a raised area in the garden.
Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
