Take in the beautiful views off the back deck of the water and boat dock, as this home is located directly on the Tahoe Keys with its own boat slips. You'll have access to lake activities like canoeing, paddle boarding, and boating (with your own boat or boat rental from the Marina nearby).

You will be less than a mile's walk to the neighborhood beach and a short drive from hiking on Mt. Tahoe, the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, and Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort. Tons of great food and drink options can also be found within minutes of the home.

The prestigious Tahoe Keys neighborhood offers guest access to the local beach, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, plus outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

The cozy cabin-style interior is ready to welcome you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. High-end upgrades throughout the home provide an extra dose of modern luxury. Upper and lower-level living areas each include plush seating and smart TVs in every room for flexible entertainment and home gatherings. The gorgeous full kitchen is ready and equipped with a sparkling suite of up-to-date stainless steel appliances and thoughtful extras like a dedicated beverage fridge.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
