The unit is located on the 4th floor of a new 6-story building, The Hyve. This brand new building offers the best of both worlds: the services of a hotel, such as on-site host, security, pool, and gym with Peloton bikes, combined with the comfort of having an entire apartment to yourself! Enjoy the convenience of complimentary on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST ACCESS
Come and go as you please with seamless self-check-in via smart locks. Full access instructions are provided two days before arrival. Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access.
Parking
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the gated garage located on the south side of the building (in front of Bad Axe). If there are no spaces available, there is public paid parking on the north side of the building, just past Third Man Records.
If you are arriving using a rideshare service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self check-in.

This property is located in Pie Town, a burgeoning neighborhood adjacent to The Gulch and SoBro, and walking distance to Broadway, The Music City Center, and The Bell Tower Wedding Venue. Conveniently located between Belmont University, the Gulch, and Broadway. Try throwing axes at Bad Axe located just across the street, enjoy live jazz music at Rudy's jazz bar, a cocktail at Blind Barber, visit the bridal shop on the 1st floor of the building, or enjoy a delicious family-style meal at Arnold's country kitchen!

Seasonal Pool: The pool is open May through October, every day from 7 am-10 pm.

Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.
Amenities: All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and spacious, front desk/security staff on property were very nice and friendly, felt safe in neighborhood, $7-$8 Uber rides to bars, restaurants and Nissan Stadium (or you can walk there if you wanted).

The condo was represented perfectly in the VRBO post. It was clean and comfortable. We had 8 adults who all felt they had their space and privacy. The location is walkable to Broadway if you choose. The neighborhood has homeless around it and The Mission shelter nearby, but we had no issues. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Communication with management prior to our stay was excellent!

The accommodations of 411 were very nice. Will recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville who wants to be close to Nashville. Check in was a breeze.

First time in Nashville and we had a blast. Place was clean and hosts very responsive. The rescue mission was close by and we were warned by uber driver of the homeless and to be careful not to walk alone, but we felt very safe.

We were a group of 4 couples celebrating friendship and retirement. The property was exactly like the pictures. Easy walking distance to downtown. We weren't sure about the neighborhood at first but no issues at all. Communication before and during the stay was fantastic. Everyone could not have been any nicer and the recommendations for everything from a ride with TJ (who was fantastic) to where to grab a quick sandwich was spot on. Thanks for having us

This rental is really perfect if you are looking for enough space for a big group. Me and my siblings plus spouses took our dad to Nashville for his 70th so there were the perfect amount of rooms, beds and large living and kitchen. We did come across a few things we needed help with to fix and we go immediate responses and help, it was great. The location is really great for getting to all the buzz of Broadway. We ubered a few times but loved taking the scooters even more. I recommend!!
