For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.

Check-in and Check-out Hours:
Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.

Noise:
As a courtesy to our neighbors, please keep the noise to a minimum and we have a noise monitoring device installed in the unit.

Parties:
No parties allowed or we could be fined up to $1000 and this will be charged to you as our guest

Shoes Off, Please:
We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.

Bathtub Plug:
For your safety and property protection, we have chosen not to provide bathtub plugs. This measure reduces the risk of accidental overflows and ensures a safer bathing experience during your stay.

Toilet Use:
We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.

Towels:
Our property is equipped with towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests allowed. To ensure that all guests have access to adequate resources, we request that you limit your towel usage to one per guest during your stay, helping maintain a comfortable environment for all.

Fob and Keys:
To help us maintain a seamless guest experience and avoid any inconvenience for future guests, we kindly request that you take a photo of the keys or fob when returning them. This simple step greatly assists us in ensuring the timely replacement of any lost keys or fobs, as the process can sometimes take an extended period.

Authorized Guest Count:
To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.

Recycling:
We encourage guests to consider recycling during their stay to reduce our environmental footprint. Your participation in recycling is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone.

To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.

Maintenance and Care:
We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.

We wish to emphasize that in the event any of the mentioned rules unintentionally face a breach, there may be a need to retain the full security deposit. If fortunately the Listing didn't share that the property didn't have central air conditioning (in the middle of the summer ). One window air conditioner was put in the second night , remained hot so fans were brought . 3 level house so bedrooms were very hot at night . The 2nd air conditioner (window) didn't have right parts to cool the house, was never installed . 78 degrees @9 pm at night on the main level . Bedrooms much hotter . There is No designated parking , you had to pay for it $25 a day and three blocks away . Inconvenient with luggage and kids . Surprise . If you didn't get to the parking garage in time , locked out . VERY STRESSFUL on our vacation , found dirty socks under the sofa along with a broken piece of glass . Owner was good at communicating , too many issues on our four day stay in Vancouver to enjoy our visit . Hopefully they will rectify this for future visitors .

Nicely apportioned, clean and bright English Bay townhome. Owners responded to messages promptly. Nice, walkable neighborhood - grocery store and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk, as well as Stanley Park.

Property was beautiful, and the location is amazing. An easy walk to many attractions, a short drive to many more, and tons of restaurants of all types close by as well. If you're planning on cooking, you're only a block away from a grocery store.

This place is second to none. High quality accommodation. 3 levels with everything you need. The location is perfect. We loved how we could just walk to Safeway, restaurants, etc and the communication with Daniel was exceptional.

The unit itself was great. Clean, spacious enough for 6+ people, kitchen was relatively-well stocked. I deducted stars because (1) we had a lot of trouble checking-in through no fault of our own and (2) the listing indicated that parking was included and it was not. (1) We were given an address to the large complex and were told that the unit number and passcode to enter would be sent on the day of check in. We received multiple links to check in instruction a couple of hours prior to check in but none of them contained this information. We had 4 adults double-check. The management still claims they sent it. Ultimately we had driven 3 hours with small children only to be wandering outside in the snow for 1 hour waiting to be told which unit and how to get inside. (2) The listing claimed parking was included, which was one of the reasons for us choosing this property. Turns out there was no long-term parking. We were told to park in a paid lot, and we will be reimbursed. It has been more than a month and we have not been reimbursed.

We had such a great stay in Vancouver and this vrbo was just perfect! The place was immaculately clean and felt brand new. The location was perfect with easy access to all things in the West End and an easy walk of Uber ride to other nearby destinations. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place is one of the very best VRBO rentals i've ever stayed in. It's beautifully decorated, totally new, spacious and well equipped. The location is impossible to beat! Just steps from English Bay and in the heart of the West end. I recommend this place without reservation and would go back in a heartbeat. Two little issues to consider - the wifi is very poor and parking is challenging - you have to shift your vehicle around depending on street parking availability. Don't let these two small things deter you as this is a truly excellent place to stay
