Hôtel neuf , équipement propre Bon rapport qualité prix A l'entrée de Tanger un peu loin de la ville mais a coté du stade et de l'aéroport

J’ai oublié un objet dans la chambre après mon départ, j’ai appelé plus de 15 fois l’accueil, personne ne répond. On m’a dit qu’on aller me rappeler, aucun rappel. De plus, j’ai eu une intoxication alimentaire pendant 3 jours ( œufs au petit dej)

My rating is 8.7. It was a good experience overall, and I could have rated it higher, but there are some areas that need improvement. The facility is in a great location, close to the airport and easy to navigate through the city. It’s quiet, allowing for rest, and the staff is very cooperative.

The restaurant serves tasty food, but it closes at 11 PM, which can be inconvenient if you're returning late from exploring the city. However, there are some issues that need attention. The entertainment system in the rooms isn’t functioning properly, and there are certain restrictions that seem unnecessary. These are areas where the facility could improve to enhance the guest experience. Overall, I liked the facility, but with some adjustments, it could be even better.

Cómodo hotel cercano al aeropuerto y rico desayuno

Me gustó mucho la atención del recepcionista Ali, con una gran sonrisa y muy atento. Mi marido tenía un vuelo a las 6am y se ofreció para llamarnos para no perder el vuelo a las 4am, le preparó también un desayuno para llevar. Nos acompañó en el check in hasta la habitación ya que llegamos muy tarde y fue un encanto. A la mañana Reda me ayudó a mi a pedir un taxi y también fue amable. El desayuno incluido era rico, tenía fruta, yogur diferentes panes café y te.

Todo ha estado genial, si podría decir algo diría que la limpieza no era perfecta pero correcta. (Se veían algunos dedos en la puerta del baño y en el espejo de la habitación pero nada que no se pudiera soportar)

A superb airport hotel in Tangier

The staff at the hotel were first class. Super helpful and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast were very good quality and the dining room staff were very welcoming.

There wasn't anything I didnt like about the hotel. A shuttle bus for the airport would be great however a cab is only U$10

Great Stay

Such a great spot! Perfect for arriving late, as it's very close to the airport. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Kind and welcoming staff. Filling breakfast with Moroccan specialties. The hotel is behind where you park.

New hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. Big private parking garage where even bigger cars can easily drive in. Friendly staff is also a plus

Dont book

They say there is shuttle to airport but there was non, asked multiple times via booking email and google no answer. In fact because it is in an isolated place taxi were expensive from 100 dirham from marina to 150 dirham from hotle even taxi took only 2 min driving ! Air-conditioning was not working Poor lighting And cleaning no to it best

Super om na een gecancelde vlucht opgevangen te worden in dit luxe-oord!

Perfect! We hadden een vroege vlucht voor het ontbijt normaal open ging dus het personeel had ervoor gezorgd dat we desondanks nog konden ontbijten.

Op booking werd er aangegeven dat er een restaurant was, dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Ook was room service niet helemaal duidelijk.

Hotel was nieuw en mooi ingericht, precies zoals op de plaatjes. Personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was lekker. Zeer dichtbij het vliegveld van Tanger, bijna op loopafstand.

J'ai réservé sans recours aux membres de ma famille spécialiste du secteur de tourisme juste pour les avis des clients et je ne suis pas déçu.

La réactivité des responsables de l'hôtel en vers leurs clients. Juste je voudrais apporter une petite amélioration au sujet d'une expérience dans un hôtel suisse qui met à la disposition du client une petite serviette intime dans les toilettes pour les personnes qui veulent s'en servir ça serait judicieux de faire de même surtout pour les personnes qui veulent pas utiliser le papier toilette et recourir à cet outil au cas de nécessité. Merci au personnel aussi .je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès

Good basic place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was fine. The room was fine. There is secure parking under the property for an extra 5 Euro per night.

There isn't a restaurant. They directed me to the Shell petrol station cafe for food. Maybe they can absorb the 5 Euro motorcycle parking charge.

Hotel nou de disseny i confortable. Quasi impresindible anar amb vehicle propi //*//

Hotel nou. Disseny i confort de l'habitació. Esmorzar força bé. He repetit nit. Costa de trobar perquè està encara part en construcció i no hi ha anunci d'on és l'entrada. Sort del vigilants de seguretat del pàrquing. El recepcionista de nit, super atent passant informació d'ubicació d'un restaurant sol·licitat pel Whatsapp del seu tel. personal. Gràcies.

Dues coses: ·El recepcionista del matí (Somriure sempre fals) . Sempre em volia endossar un taxi (per tres vegades i jo ja portava vehicle) i no indicava on trobar el que buscava. (tenia comissió dels taxis?). ·Ubicació del google maps et deixa a la part en construcció i NO HI HA INDICACIÓ de l´accés actual al lateral costat benzinera. No es veu i poses en dubte la ubicació.

Mohamed heeft ons super ontvangen. Hij wist dat we vroeg op moesten om naar de airport te gaan. Kom je in de ochtend naar beneden, lag er een ontbijtje klaar. Dat is net extra stapje zetten voor je gasten. Hotel is modern, schoon voor een mooie prijs. Aanrader

Das Hotel ist brandneu, sauber, ruhig und schön. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Flughafens oder der Tanger Free Zone sein möchten..

Das Taxi, das mich zum Hotel brachte, hatte Mühe, es zu finden, da das Hotel neu eröffnet wurde und ihm daher nicht bekannt war. Ich würde lieber empfehlen, in die Werbung für das Hotel zu investieren, damit es in der Stadt bekannt ist (zusätzliche Kosten, aber lohnenswert).

It's brand-new and everything is super shiny & clean and modern The staff is also incredible friendly and very motivated to make your stay as great as possible. Fantastic place, incredible value. Will come again when in Morocco, no doubt about it.
