It had been refurbished recently and things were new.

The toilet seat n Unit 2 should be replaced. It is stained and looks gross. We had a difficult time opening the lock box. We were told there was parking for two cars b but there were four cars there Saturday night. It was difficult to fit our car.

Shower water temp too cold. Neighboring properties are SCARY! (Hoarding situation directly next door and dilapidated building directly across the street.) Very close to a major road so the road noise woke us up very early and we had to use the smaller back bedroom because the master was even louder
