Croghan is a two-storey bungalow is situated on the peninsula of Fanad, overlooking the Mulroy Bay area, and is nearby to the coastal town of Portsalon in County Donegal, northwestern Ireland. The property hosts four bedrooms, one ground floor master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, one ground floor twin room, one first floor family room with a double and single bed and en-suite shower room, and one first floor family room with king-size bed and twin bed with an en-suite shower room. Also inside the property is a sitting room with an open-fire, a kitchen/diner, one ground floor bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin, and a conservatory-style sitting area. The property has parking. Also included is a private enclosed outdoor area with picnic table and bench area to the rear of the property. Croghan is the ultimate location for a relaxing break to rural Ireland.
Amenities: Central heating with open-fire. Oven, fridge and freezer, hobs, plentiful storage space, washing and drying machine. WiFi, TV. Fuel and power is inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels are inc. in rent. Highchair and cot are available upon request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed outdoor area with picnic table and bench area to the rear of the property. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 3.9 miles, shops 3.1 miles.
