About this house rental
Meticulous home with unparalleled views and comfort. This canal front Luxury Manor features 5 bedrooms each with its own private ensuite bath, a media room with king sofa sleeper and ensuite bath, and an additional ground floor powder room. Our home can comfortably sleep 12 guests. This high-end retreat features everything you could possibly want while on vacation. An abundance of entertaining space awaits! Offering a chef's kitchen, media room and billiards room indoors, and a private fenced in outdoor living space with a large pool and summer kitchen for outdoor grilling. Located only 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station for easy commuting access. Our manor is perfect for sportsmen, families, couples, and seniors!! Sub-Tropical Luxury at its finest! Absolutely no parties and no noise outdoors will be tolerated after 10pm, in order to comply with the strict noise ordinance in place for Fort Lauderdale. Please review all of our policies below to ensure our homes rules are acceptable prior to booking.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is open to the dining room and partially open to the living room. The dining area offers seating for 12, with 3 additional stools at the counter. The spacious, modern kitchen is custom designed with state-of-the-art appliances, including an ice maker, multiple commercial grade refrigerators, dual oven with gas range cooktop, convection microwave, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and a large pantry for storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from simple family meals to fine dining. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, dishwashing pods and dish soap.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The living room provides a spacious area with a sofa and 4 oversized chairs, coffee table and side tables. An additional sofa console table with 3 stools makes working from home while on vacation a breeze. There is a nearby half bath for your guests and access to our residential elevator for ease of luggage transport to the second floor. The media room houses an oversized sofa with capabilities to convert to a king-sized sofa sleeper, a large TV perfect for watching your favorite game, and another console table with seating for those wanting some "office" time. A large picture window overlooking the pool and back patio, offer a cascade of natural sunlight in the living areas. Adjacent to the living room you will find a lovely billiards table for a fun game night. This home provides a whole-house indoor Sonos sound system for you to stream your favorite music. (PLEASE NOTE- MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE AS TO COMPLY WITH STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE LAWS- SEE MORE REGARDING NOISE AFTER 10pm IN OUR POLICIES BELOW)
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and offers a washer, dryer, countertop surface for folding, and a hanging bar for your use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Our Manor offers a completely private, enclosed backyard surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. The landscape is meticulously maintained, and you will experience the ambience of a secluded tropical resort. Here, you can relax and enjoy the heated pool with sheer waterfall feature, fire bowls, and a luxurious in-ground spa with infinity edge. The travertine marble patio features sunny lounge areas with umbrellas, and a shaded covered space with additional cushioned seating, a dining table and three fans to keep you cool. The large summer kitchen has a gas grill and sink for your enjoyment.
*Note: South Florida rain and winds can cause debris to fall into the pool. This is normal due to weather. Net is available for guest to skim pool. Pool is serviced once a week and schedule cannot be altered for minor debris concerns.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Residential Elevator is a Bonus, and not guaranteed as these elevators are delicate and can easily malfunction due to improper guest use.
Available Items onsite include- Pool/Beach Towels, 2 rolling coolers, highchair, and Pack-n-Play for those traveling with small children.
**Private Dock space may be available but is not guaranteed. Please advise if you will be needing Dockage to determine if it is available during your travel dates. Shore Power and Water may be accessible for an additional fee.
**Guest will not have access to green egg and 4 garages, as these are locked private owner spaces. Additional locked closets located in and around the home are not to be tampered with, we ask that all guests please respect owners' privacy.

Our noise alert monitoring system will notify guests and the management team if your noise levels exceed the allowed noise levels. Should guest not comply with the noise ordinance and police be called to the home, guest is subject to immediate eviction or forfeiture of rental period with no refunds!
- No smoking, No Pets **If you are travelling with a service animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest who may have allergies**
- No events, parties or large gatherings, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a residential neighborhood and courtesy to our neighbors is our priority

House was perfect size for the 11 of us. Kitchen is amazing for cooking with a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed the back yard setup. The house is in close proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying again.

We travel once or twice a year to give our grandchildren different experiences in life. They loved loved the house and definitely the pool area. Our daughters like to cook anf they couldn't stop talking about the chefs kitchen. Everything they needed was right there for them to cook for everyone and the men grilled. Any question was answered asap.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in March and had the absolute best time! The property manager accommodated our early check- in request and Robert was super responsive all weekend to ensure we had a great trip. The house was immaculately clean, and spacious for our large group of 12. The outdoor space was definitely the star of the show. We spent all weekend by the pool. 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at this home was literally perfect, the pictures don’t even do the place justice, it was so beautiful! Tons of room for everyone to be spread out & have privacy! The backyard was unreal and we couldn’t get enough of it. Great location with everything you need super close by. Safe and quiet neighborhood too. we are already planning another trip back. Highly recommend this place, definitely worth it!

We could not have had a better time at this house! It made our entire weekend staying here. The outdoor area, fire pit, grill, pool, hot tub all were incredible that we barely ever spent time inside. The best location, minutes from everything you would need. The property manager was so responsive to any questions we had and helped us out so much. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!!

My friends and I booked this property for a girls weekend. This place was truly amazing and went above and beyond what we expected. Our host was so quick to respond and helped us with questions throughout our stay. The property was beautiful and the outdoor area had a great set up with all the amenities we needed. The great things: The house comfortably sleeps 10, but it seems like there are fewer people there because of the amount of space. It’s absolutely huge. There is every appliance you could imagine. The house is uniquely decorated with art and chandeliers everywhere. It was a really fun space. The upstairs balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for sitting outside in the evening. The master bathroom is massive and could double as a garage because of size. The host checked in on occasion and made sure we had everything we needed. We always got a prompt response when we reached out. The communication was great overall.
Some things that could use improvement: The WiFi gave us issues although there were routers everywhere. Our phones and laptops connected but could barely be used. The hot tub is throttled and won’t heat above 94 degrees so we ended up not using it. These were minor but important if you plan to bring work or want to fully use the amenities.
Overall it was a joy to stay at this house. Everything felt very upscale and the host treats you like VIPs. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a high-end stay in Fort Lauderdale.

If you want a jaw-dropping, unforgettable stay, this is the spot. Five stars don't do it justice! The home was incredible and our favorite part of the weekend. Everything worked perfectly: gorgeous rooms, insane views, and top-notch amenities. The outdoor pool was the best and we grilled dinner using the outdoor kitchen grill. Our property manager communicated perfectly sharing a nice welcome package and sending all relevant check-in info. Thank you to the host for having us!
