Welcome to our beachfront paradise in Mission Beach, San Diego! Our luxurious property is the perfect place to relax and unwind, surrounded by the beautiful ocean and the vibrant energy of the city. Our property features a modern and chic design, with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are two suites upstairs, both with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are outfitted with plush beds, making for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The living room is designed to be a cozy and inviting space, perfect for lounging and taking in the stunning ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need to cook up a delicious meal while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The real highlight of our property is the balcony where you can soak in the sun and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves roll in, the sound of the ocean in the background.
We are located in the heart of Mission Beach, where you can enjoy the famous boardwalk, bike paths and the famous Belmont Park, a classic beachfront amusement park. We're also just a short walk from Pacific Beach, where you'll find plenty of delicious restaurants, bars, and shops. The property also includes free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected while enjoying your beach vacation.

SAN DIEGO BEACH RULES: Please note you will be ticketed if not followed:
• Do not take glass of any kind to the beach
• No drinking on the beach or boardwalk or seawall
• No smoking/vaping on the beach
PROPERTY RULES:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property.
3. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
4. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
5. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
6. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
7. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.
We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.
Check-out is at 10:00am.
o Place all towels in the bathrooms or leave them in front of the washing machine.
o Make sure the air conditioner and heater are off before leaving.
o Fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.
