Welcome to the Atomic Lodge, a groovy 4 bedroom, with quintessential midcentury style. Indoors has an concept floorplan, mod fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and walls of glass that open up to the fabulous pool yard. The huge outdoor space is hedged for privacy, and has a heated pool, hot tub, plenty of outdoor living spaces and beautiful views of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely walkable. When you venture out, you're in the heart of Rancho Mirage - it's the perfect desert getaway!
Originally built in 1958, this stellar property is a model of atomic ranch design, retaining many of its bold architectural elements, and modernized by the current owners. With expansive walls of glass that provide amazing views of the surrounding mountains, this is truly a home that provides indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and stylish cabinetry. The great room has comfortable seating, the dining room has chairs for 6, all with the fabulous showpiece mod fireplace in the middle!
The yard captures the magic of Southern California glamour. The half acre lot is hedged with tall ficus for maximum privacy. Enjoy majestic mountain views from the pool or hot tub. You’ll also find poolside lounge chairs, conversation areas, BBQ and outdoor dining for 6.
The Primary Suite has a King bed, en suite bath, flatscreen TV, as well as direct outdoor access. The bathroom has a fantastic indoor to outdoor shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have King beds and share easy access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower.

Located in an exclusive area of Rancho Mirage, with restaurants, shops, theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis all close by. Our other desert cities are all a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Palm Desert with the famous El Paseo shopping district, Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
