Upstairs you will find a full equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar and in-room laundry facilities, a full sized dining table with luxurious booth seats and a spacious lounge area including a 50-inch TV with 50+ sky. A master bedroom is also on this level with a 42-inch TV with sky. Downstairs you will find a beautiful bathroom offering a tiled shower and luxurious spa bath along with 2 bedrooms each with their own 42-inch TV, these can either be configured as super kings or singles (please request singles and sofa bed at least 48 hours prior to staying). A sofa bed provides a maximum occupancy of 6 adults or 8 including children.Additional features include Off Street Carpark, Unlimited Wifi & Washer/Dryer.
Adjoined next to Home Love & Mette a charming home interior store with great coffee. Enjoy breakfast at the coffee club. Spend your day swimming at popular Fitzroy beach and wandering the award winning coastal walkway. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
