Welcome to this luxury home located in the heart of the hip Bywater neighborhood! The professionally designed interior makes the home comfortable and optimized for large groups, but maintains all of the touches of luxury your group expects. Whether you're cooking up a feast for your friends in the chef's kitchen, unwinding with a glass of wine on the back porch and patio with your colleagues, or coming together on the couch for a family movie night, this home is your ultimate NOLA destination.
-There is one additional room in the home that contains 1 daybed. For clarity, this is an office with a door that can be closed for additional privacy. It is labeled as a “Living Room” above.
-Private heated pool, hot tub, roof deck, and back deck
-Custom chef's kitchen that comes stocked with all the essential cookware you'll need.
-Backyard features a furnished back porch and brick-laid patio complete with outdoor dining table.
-Fantastic location in the heart of the Bywater; safe, family-friendly, and close to the French Quarter.
-Free WiFi and air conditioning throughout property
-Office with a desk for remote workers
-Large, soaking tub and wet-room shower in master suite
-Beautiful, plush, sectional sofa perfect for large groups
-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens
-All bathrooms are immaculate; essential toiletries by Public Goods and stacks of plush cotton towels.

The Neighborhood:
The Bywater is a safe, friendly and laid-back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by the New Yorker. We are steps from Crescent Park, and are a short Uber ride to the French quarter. Right across the street is a top rated local coffee shop. We are within close walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans -- our favorite spot nearby is Bacchannal. Whether you’re a family, colleagues, or a group of friends, the Bywater has something for everyone.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by bike or Uber. Many Bywater destinations (The Country Club, Suis Generis, Elizabeth's, etc.) are less than a 5 minute walk. The French Quarter is a brisk walk or a short taxi/uber away; however, many locals prefer to spend time here in the Marigny/Bywater, on Frenchman Street, or in the local galleries, restaurants, bars, and cafes that are all nearby.
Walking in this neighborhood is quite safe, but we do recommend that you be aware of your surroundings at all times.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
