This is our first time to Italy and Lake Como. We were able to enjoy this house as our home base. We could easily get in and out for all of our day trips. The place was cozy. All the rooms has air conditioners which was welcoming as we could sleep in comfort. It provided to be a great experience.

We travelled to Como in July 2024 for a four-day stay and needed accommodation for five adults. This rental suited our needs very well. Spacious, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, garden, and on-site parking. A/C in the bedrooms - important in 40 Celsius heat! We were very comfortable. It was hard to find as Google Maps is only sometimes accurate in Italy. The view is spectacular, as it is anywhere in Como! I recommend this place. Thank you to Silvi :)

8 adults 18-65 stayed comfortably for 3 days. Stefania was awesome communicating with us and met us at the Como S Giovanni train station giving our bags +1 person a lift up to the property. The other 7 hiked up the hill 25 minutes...If you like a stairmaster workout, this is no problem...I wasnt sure if our 65 year old could make it and he was fairly fit(not over weight)...I would highly discourage this hike for young kids or those not in good shape...there is a very narrow spot where you walk against a wall on the roadway with traffic 1-2' away....so a car for the climb would be nice...but finding parking in town is an issue...also, cabs were difficult to find....but we made the climb each afternoon and embraced the workout. The apartment was well equipped, dishwasher, clothes washer(small) and air-conditioning. 1 big glass shower & 1 tub/shower....difficult to describe, but tub entry is from rear and is somewhat sketchy because you are stepping onto the sloped backrest...beds were adequate but mattresses were too soft for our preference... slate tile floors downstairs and wood slat floors up gave an old world rich feel to the flat...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but do take seriously the hike up the hill when considering....we did the como lake boat tour to Bellagio and it was stunning.
