Guests have access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment and the halls of the secure apartment building. This includes the bedroom with a super king size bed (or 2 singles), bathroom with shower and bath, hallway with utility cupboard, the open space kitchen-dinner-lounge, and the large private balcony.

You will find yourself in a luxuriously comfortable, modern & bright open space with ample room to cook, eat, relax and unwind, alone, or with your group. Step outside onto the large, private, south-facing balcony, and enjoy a glass of wine with your special friend as you watch the sunset with penthouse views of the Stevenage skyline. Reclude to your quarters and rest in the large super king bed after a steaming hot shower - we'll provide the fresh linen.

Our apartment is located right in the heart of Stevenage. You will have an abundance of cafes, shops, and restaurants, and the Stevenage indoor market on your doorstep. If you’d like to get out in nature, you can enjoy a stroll around the beautiful park over the road from the apartment building (you can see this park from the balcony). A short walk away, you can visit the Stevenage Swimming Centre, Mr Mulligan’s Lost World Golf, Hollywood Bowl, Cineworld cinema, and the Gravity trampoline park.

The apartment is situated in a complex right above the Stevenage new-town shops, across the road from the park, and a short walk from a supermarket and the train station.
