The space
Oyster Cove is a very unique condo complex located on the fingers in Port Isabel, which are man made channels for shallow sport boats out to the laguna madre bay & waters for fishing

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen for quick family meals with pots/pans, etc. There is a full main bath, as well as a full bath off the master bedoom. The living room opens up to a patio with two new captains chairs for a sunset margarita or beer & awesome view of the channel and bay.

Each bedroom plus the living room features a flat screen smart TV. There is a ladder for adventurous souls up to the loft on 2nd floor with a 5 foot ceiling. Upstairs has a fold down futon to a full perfect for kiddos, a TV, as well as space for an airbed if need. It's an excellent kiddos hideout that will delight them.

There is a dedicated boat slip directly in front of the condo. Please bring bumpers to tie off as there is not a boat lift. You can fish from end of the slip though catching is not guaranteed :) There is a community fish cleaning station as well.

At nearly 1200 square feet Oyster Cove 63b is definitely an oversized two bedroom condo. It is nearly all remodeled new stainless fridge, bathrooms nice, super clean as well. Of course there is high speed wifi/internet.

This isn't just for fishing lovers, as your family, there is a non heated community pool, with community charcoal BBQ pits that are hard to find near the island. Bring charcoal and please clean up after youre done is the ask :)

This complex features a gated entrance with code so you can be assured your vehicles are safely parked. There are two provided parking spaces for "regular" cars 1 of which is under the building. In addition. there is space for ONE 4 door full sized truck and trailer on premise first come/first serve but nearly always open

Just down the street not more than half a block is a public boat ramp to launch your boat.. This condo complex is quiet and family oriented and not a party spot, please note the quiet times and max guests. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, there is a one time $75 pet fee per pet. If you fail to disclose it does cause an uncomfortable eviction with no refund, just let us know please. Dogs cannot be left alone to bark nor allowed on furniture.

Please be aware, A picture of your photo ID is required to age verify as 25 plus years of age. If you are under 25 we can rent to you, but we need to have a talk :)
