This accommodation is a flat with a surface area of 48.5 square metres and a terrace-garden of 72 square metres and is located on the ground floor so it is not necessary to use the lift and access is suitable for people with reduced mobility from the street.
For people who need to telework, or simply use the Internet, there is a high speed WIFI or ethernet connection.
The accommodation can accommodate a total of four people and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The flat has a complete bathroom with a shower and a telephone shower.
In the kitchen, which is American style and is integrated in the living-dining room, it is complete with everything you need and has direct access to a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large fruit garden.
Around the flat there is a wide range of bars and restaurants offering all types of local, national and international cuisine.
There are many shops where you can buy groceries, the closest one, Hiperdino at 250m and there is a shop with a variety of products just 30m from the exit of the building.
